Josh not only worries about execution, but also thinks about design, logistics, cosmetic and aesthetics. This is important to me. I don't always have the know how, but have the idea of what I want and Josh always seems to find a way to fit the design of what I am thinking. He asks the right questions and talks about the important things. He does great work and would always recommend him!”

In an old house there are always challenges, what you might expect and what you don’t, and every solution they came up with made the overall project even better. It was a lot to manage, especially during a year with shortages of building materials and subcontractors booked out for months. Yet SGK made everything come together. This is a talented and professional group, not to mention a pleasure to have around. Their respect for us, our home, and our wishes would assure them as our first choice for another job.”

“We hired JP Builders LLC to do extensive structural repairs, stonework, windows & cedar shakes to our camp in 2009 and again to our guesthouse in 2012. Jim and his crew did an excellent job. We feel very fortunate to have found them. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They kept us informed every step of the way, kept the worksite cleaned up every day, worked to keep costs down and finished in a timely manner. The work is impeccable! Again, the work is impeccable!! Jim has a gift of vision and artistry and he was able to marry the old structure and new together beautifully. We are constantly complimented on our property and we have Jim Parandes to thank for it. “I had a fire in my home and much of the kitchen was damaged, we experience a grease fire. He came out to my home examined the damage, was extremely helpful in what would work for a design/colors that would make it to be my home. Unfortunately we did not hire him, but we are now looking to building a new home and once we decide on a plot of land, more than likely will be contacting him.”

John and his team did an outstanding job grading our property and solving several unexpected drainage issues. They created a beautiful new lawn for us. During the unpredictable New Hampshire winter, they kept our drive way clear and sanded, and are always available if we have questions or concerns.”
