“We knew of this company since the company that I work for had used them in the past for remodeling projects and were always very satisfied. We called and one of the owners came out to meet with my wife and I to discuss a new deck. We wanted to take our old deck off and replace it with a deck about twice the size. We also wanted to tear out our old concrete patio below the deck and enlarge it as well. The owner of the company made several excellent suggestions based on his experience in building decks. After meeting for a short time, we decided on what we wanted. They priced out the labor and materials for us including quite a bit of concrete work. Once they had the necessary materials on hand, the project itself only took about one week to complete. The crew working on the deck was very professional, and the project was finished on time and at a cost even slightly below the original estimate We are very happy with our new deck and would highly recommend PDQ Construction, Inc. to anyone having a home remodeling project in mind.”

“We have hired Terravest on several occasions to do remodeling and renovations for us. They added a bathroom to our basement and walled off a room there. Also did work on the exterior of our home, and helped us reconfigure the kitchen so we could replace a stove. Most recently they replaced an outer double door and outside siding after some moisture damage, repainted the interior. We hired them originally several years ago to do the basement after getting several quotes and considering feedback from former clients. Their work is top notch, but most important, J. Stewart and his team listen to our needs, offer multiple options, and helped us decide on what we need based on our budget and desires. He never tried to over sell us. Several times I have just called him for advice on issues related to our home and he always helps out and even will come over to the house to make suggestions, many times that do not include using his company. He and his team are absolutely top notch - we recommend Terravest to others all the time. We will work with them again.”

“Ben installed two new exterior doors and three storm doors on a house for me and replaced one interior door, and he built a small deck leading to the kitchen door of the house. “Dultmeier Homes Inc built our hose in 2013. We have a solid, well-built home where attention was paid to every detail that went into our home. Both Chuck Dultmeier and Jon Rollenhagen took the time to show us around during the construction phase and are still around if we needed anything post completion. All the tradesmen are professional and very welcoming when we would drop by unannounced during the construction phase. They have an in house designer, Annette Stahl who was instrumental in assisting us with the home plan and design from the inside out. This is a very honest home builder and we are so happy with the outcome of our new home. Our family members in Florida wish that this builder would expand down South. It is hard to find honest quality builders, but that is what you will get if you choose Dultmeier Homes Inc.”
