“Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. They did everything they said they would do and made our house nicer than it was before the storm. High quality work and fair pricing. We can’t thank thank you enough.”

“We got three bids for our job and Victor's was very competitive. We like his people skills, timely responses and honesty with every aspect of the project. Our project was a $44,000 remodel/addition. We added a floor over our two story front room, creating a playroom/media room. We then added an office and guest "suite" (bathroom included) in the open loft area that already existed. Victor and his crew were AMAZING! They were polite, on time and did an amazing cleanup at the end of each day. He was very attentive and I felt that he really understood the look we were going for. He gave us different options when necessary. It was obvious that he really wanted us to be happy and we are. Our job was completed on time and in budget. Our plumbing, electrical, framing and final inspections went off without a hitch. Our next project is the kitchen and Victor and his team will definitely be doing it.”

Always responsive, changes were always met with a - no problem. The design and thought put into our build are very apparent now that we have lived in it for 6 months. We feel very comfortable knowing that we have a solid, well-built, and one-of-a-kind home and are so proud to show it off! Working with Fred and the whole BayBeach team was a pleasure and they made sure our experience was as stress-free (as building a home can be!) as possible. “We went back East in May, , leaving our Florida home to be remodeled in our absence. After interviewing many general contractors, my husband hired Rory Wilson for the task of remodeling our entire house which included 3 bathrooms, removing 3 walls, new kitchen, new ceramic floor throughout, adding a golf cart garage, extending the lanai 20 ft, new tile, picture window view, redoing landscape, and new entryway into the house! I have to add here that Rory rang our doorbell on the minute of every appointment on the nose! Yes, we left the house in the hands of Rory Wilson, assuming we would be back many times to check progress over the summer. Not to be..... We did not come back until 2 weeks ago because Rory had given us a schedule of daily activity , and updated us with pictures to the point that we were virtually " on sight". The house was not only done on time but well beyond any of our expectations. Superior Construction took care of every detail as if it was their home. We have had many projects with contractors and can attest to Rory being the contractor of our dreams. He is extremely Knowledgeable, professional, and receptive to all concerns. He listens to every word and gets the job done most efficiently, on time, and better than imagined, AND within budget. From the largest job to the smallest detail, such as shower glass door handles- he was amazing!!!! Entrust your house to this company and be rest assured your work will be completed 5 stars plus!!!!”

“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”
