“Ricky Greeve with Greeve Construction built my home in rural Pottawatomie County KS. We started from scratch, drew a plan together, and went from there. He did a fantastic job! Building a custom home can be overwhelming, but he struck the perfect balance between giving helpful guidance, and giving total freedom to do what we wanted. It would not have turned out nearly as good without him. His subcontractors are competent and polite, and all interactions were promptly responded to. “In 2018 I put my house up for sale before this Framework came in and did a multitude of jobs. The measured and installed both shutters for the front of my house and window well covers for the basement windows. The exterior of the house was pressure washed from top to bottom and then painted. It was a completely new house. Interior painting was done in various places around the house and a huge repair to the dry wall that cannot be seen now. After a very dry blowing snow in late 2018 I had some snow in my attic that melted and left water marks on the vaulted ceiling. Framework was able to come in treat the water stained spots and then repaint the ceiling. A few weeks after that painting I could see roller marks and called and the ceiling was repainted within the next two days.”
