“Sam project managed the renovation of our new home, which included removing a wall, installing new flooring, wallpapering, painting, lighting design, plumbing, a new kitchen, and extensive bespoke joinery. He was exceptional—not only as a project manager but also as a designer. I’ve completed renovations before and worked with another project manager, but this was by far the smoothest experience we’ve ever had. Rather than overwhelming me with endless options, he carefully curated ideas and samples, making decisions enjoyable and straightforward. Most importantly, I always felt Sam was representing my interests. He was honest, transparent, and never accepted poor workmanship. I’ve had previous experiences of being told, “It’s meant to be like that,” when it clearly wasn’t. Sam would always investigate thoroughly, research if necessary, and make sure everything was done properly. He earned my complete trust, and that’s invaluable when it’s your home. He also saved us a considerable amount of money. Rather than replacing our entire kitchen, I hoped we could clad the existing cabinetry. Sam sourced a fantastic online company that supplied oak doors. Without his expertise, I would never have had the confidence to navigate an online store, and wouldn’t know how to pick the oak finish. However he facilitated the whole thing. The end result looks phenomenal at a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Sam more highly. She did the most fantastic digital renderings of my house so we could play around with the look, which was brilliant.
