“Matrix Basement Systems Did a fantastic job on finishing our new construction walkout basement. Our construction project manager, Ben Gibbons, was very responsive and provided updates throughout, including scheduling and overseeing code inspections and sharing photos. All the construction personnel were truly excellent in their fields, and many of them sought permission to work on the weekends and then actually did work sometimes on Saturdays or Sundays. As with any project ever undertaken in the history of earth, there were some glitches, but they were addressed in a timely manner, and did not derail the project or the timeline. The scope of the project included putting in a full bathroom and kitchen with a wet bar and peninsula, and these areas turned out perfectly (along with everything else). We can’t wait to entertain in our new space. We also love the open, black painted ceiling, so we always have access to that area, and it looks really cool! We would definitely recommend using Matrix to manage and perform basement finishing from start to finish.”
