“I was wary shopping for an expensive item internationally, but pre-purchase communication with customer service was prompt, personal, and professional so I place my order with confidence. The post-order communication was excellent as well, and the item arrived promptly and was very clearly a high-quality item. I had some further communication with customer service regarding installation questions, and these questions were also handled promptly and helpfully. The tone of all the emails made it clear that Homary stood behind their products and were eager to have a happy customer. When an installation problem arose that required a replacement part to be sent, the customer service was even better. Without hesitation they made clear that they wanted to make sure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction, and they sent me a replacement part at their expense and very quickly without any grappling about whether I should have paid for it. Of all the companies I have dealt with online--and this is a large number--I place Homary in the top tier. I will happily buy from them again.”

“Was it possible that a blonde angel was standing in front of us claiming to be a designer? Could she actually help us create a modern colorful oasis in this desert? And be fun and personable? Well we trusted her and we're glad we did. Angela managed to create the most favorite home we have ever had which is saying something considering we have moved 20 times. I think you will agree when you see for yourself by the pictures! Oh, did I mention that we got a bonus...she became a valued friend.”

“I hired Anna to help us decorate 4 rooms in our new home (living and adjacent dining room, den, loft). She was a great listener, and fit our needs perfectly. We didn't need a full-service decorator to buy our furniture for us. However, we did need help picking out pieces that would work well together, and stretched us beyond the bland all-neutral palette that was our "comfort zone." We have been very happy with the results, and would recommend her highly!”

“When we bought our condo in Pasadena, Mimi (Minzhy Fong) took the responsibility of helping us choose the materials and design for our bathroom remodel. She listened to all of our concerns. She offered us a simple and clean design. She updated the room beautifully with new paint, flooring, custom cabinetry, lighting, and fixtures. It seemed so effortless with her coordinating all the work and helping us select all the materials. We are very happy with the outcome of our bathroom remodel. She was very professional at all times. She was a pleasure to work with and very talented! We are looking forward to working with her again for the remodel of our kitchen.”
