“We recently completed a major renovation on the upper floor of our bungalow. She was reassuring through the entire process and we felt that her genuine effort to make a personal connection made a huge difference. Perhaps the biggest compliment we can give her is that when we walked into our new home the project was completed exactly how we envisioned it. And it felt like home.
