Benavides Design House turned our unfinished basement into a beautiful space complete with an art room for the kids, spare bedroom, entertainment room, pool table/game room and a wine cellar wall. They did renderings for us ahead of time so that we could really see what our space would look like. They sat down with us and made sure we were comfortable and got to know our style before they made recommendations. They were flexible enough to put up with our last minute change of heart on a few decisions. They were also very responsive to our calls and emails throughout the process. Plus when we first moved to the South Jersey area, we paid almost double the hourly fee for a designer so we consider BDH to be very competitively priced. First, her initial visit to our home allowed for her to ascertain our style and preferences. She knew our personality in our home within the hour and took meticulous notes. Secondly, the details she provided in the contract were a huge relief to us. There were no unanswered questions. Gray Space provides not just the design concept, but also clearing of unnecessary items, critical when selling/staging a home. Gray Space worked quickly to ensure that when we got home from a long day's work, our home would be complete and ready to welcome us.
