“Elaine was a delight to work with. She was very responsive which was such a nice surprise when working with a contractor. She remodeled our kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I have champagne taste and a beer budget. Elaine was communicative, found great substitutes that were in our price range, and gave us a lot of choices. Any issues we have had she immediately responds and coordinates a solution within 24 hrs. Her team was really pleasant to work with.”

“I used Kellydesigns to assist me in the purchase of a sectional sofa. As well as assist with room layout and color choices. Kellydesigns spent the time to listen to what I was looking for as well as what was best for the size of the room. Overall I was very satified with the choices of sofas and fabrics that were suppiled. I would recommend Kellydesings in the future.”

“We worked with Hartley & Hill Design to completely renovate and redesign our kitchen last summer. They were fantastic and we cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. We met with them and described the concepts that we wanted (functional and classic, keeping in mind that we like to entertain, but we have small children and a busy family life). They put together the design and sat down with us to explain their ideas very thoroughly and also run through the budget. They came up with a fantastic design that we never would have thought possible, incorporating very creative ideas, while still keeping in mind our budget as well as our personal preferences. It was a very collaborative process, with us being as involved as we wanted to be, but not feeling like we had to manage a project; they expertly managed the project for us! All of the subcontractors they hired were first class. The renovation was very well organized, there was consistent open communication, any hiccups along the way (as will happen in any project this size) were managed smoothly and effectively. Needless to say, we are thrilled with the end result. We can't wait to use them again soon to redesign our dining room/living room area. We would highly recommend them!”

“We had to do a complete overhaul of our home. Because of health issues, we were confined to only using non toxic materials. Sounds simple...au contraire. It requires major research for all materials including paints, flooring stains, fabrics, furniture, etc. And, it is very distressing how limited it is out there for non-toxic material. So, creating a non-toxic environment that is safe and GORGEOUS is a very tough fete. And, all the while, Orrick and Company, Alicia, Myles, Lish, Mary, Beatrice, and Devney have made this, what could have been a stressful experience a delight. While we are not yet installed (hence no pictures below), I will be happy to supply when we are completed next month. Orrick and Company should win hands down! Amazing company!”

I wanted to keep it simple, but warm and colorful. Christie struck just the right chord. She also introduced me to sources for furnishings that I would not have known about on my own and saved me from costly mistakes and do-overs. If you can find the right designer, your home will come together more easily. I feel so lucky to have found Christie.”

“I have known Nancy for about 10 years and have provided custom woodworking for her personal homes, and for her clients, with project costs ranging from 1000 to 40,000. Nancy is comfortable working in any style, and has a firm handle on function and form. In my opinion she stands out in her ability to effectively communicate with all parties involved in a project and hence, eliminate nearly any potential mistakes or misunderstandings. She is a pleasure to work with (and work for) and her clients are never disappointed.”
