“Kirsty and Elke were really great to work with. They listened to what I wanted and stuck to my budget. I loved the way they came up with creative ideas I wouldn't have thought of and it all really worked. The end result was so much better than I was expecting. I love my living room now. Everyone admires it and I just find it so calm to sit in and read a book. I never thought I was someone who would hire a professional designer, but I just couldn't make up my mind about colours and curtains and now I'm a complete convert. In fact, I'm thinking of hiring them to do the rest of the house!”

“Having been used to furnishing period properties, I suspected I would be in trouble when I purchased a large, square-roomed flat with no intrinsic features to guide me. Fortunately I found Lisa who, over a period of several months, has delivered a home that is both stylish and comfortable. She is very professional and needed to be extremely patient, since I knew what I didn’t want rather than what I did. After an initial meeting on site she produced mood-boards that were subsequently added to and subtracted from. Having sourced pieces that she felt would work Lisa accompanied me on two days of pre-arranged meetings with suppliers, her presence being invaluable in keeping me focused. She ordered items once decided upon and arranged for their delivery, which sometimes required time-consuming input on her part since I am absent from the UK for periods of time. Lisa has great ideas, is a delight to work with and really cares about what she does. In short, I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone seeking a thoughtful, talented and pro-active interior designer.”

The attention to detail from the colour of the picture frames to the styling of the shelves have all added to what I can only describe as a dream studio. “Anne Gleed Interiors oversaw the design and installation of our living room last summer. We had already used her to oversee our downstairs extension interior in 2015 - which included a new kitchen, hallway, dinning area and downstairs shower room. The whole living room was redone, new carpet, new wall mounted TV, new fireplace (we took out the 1950's fireplace and replaced it with an original 1930's one in line with our house it looks like it has always been there, exactly what we wanted), new custom made bookcase, new sofa, new custom made curtains. We relied on Anne's knowledge throughout. The budget was £8000 and this was met - work was finished on time. We are thrilled with the results, we don't think we would have got this standard of finish on our own.”

Not only she brought a unique and expert angle on how to optimise the space but was very considerate and took on board the things we felt strongly about. She went above and beyond to get the project done right for us and I could not be any more grateful. The end result is stunning and was all done on a very high quality and in a very good time frame. “Helen of Coral Interiors was recommended by a friend, who knew we had an ultra modern house which was furnished but was not selling. Partly because it was a 'house' rather than a 'home', and needing finishing touches. So we met and subsequently retained Helen to 'dress' it; and, boy, what a difference its made! We decided to be led entirely by Helen rather than have a say in all of it, and that was the best decision. Within a couple of weeks, Helen had planned, sourced, bought and dressed our house, making it a beautiful and appealing home. We're thrilled, and can't recommend her highly enough. Helen stuck to our budget, listened and carried out her work and we cannot fault it! Thank you to Helen, and hope this helps encourage others to put their faith in you.”

“I recently moved to a brand new apartment from a traditional Victorian terraced house after 30 years and so I wanted something totally new and different to what I had lived with previously. My taste is not very modern at all and so I was wanting someone who could help me create a really stylish space that would still suit my tastes (quite eclectic I must add!) In addition it is a really small and compact flat and so I needed some clever thinking on how and what to use, where. I decided to try My Bespoke Room as there service felt very affordable (only £75 per room) and they agreed to come and do an on site visit for a very small additional charge. Using them meant that I could still be in control of what was ordered and my budget, as they just gave me all the tools which saved me loads of time. I was so excited to see it transform that I kept updating them and I really felt they were as excited as I was and really into the project too which was really nice! I got on really well with both of them straight away and was really impressed with what they came up with. It is such a slick an easy service and their virtual moodboard is really cool. It covered everything from paint colours, wallpaper to furniture and finishing touches, including coat hooks and an umbrella stand! This was money well spent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some help in designing and furnishing their homes. Well done girls!!!”
