“Interiors Remembered did a complete renovation of our 1980's era tract home from the top (removing YUCKY popcorn ceilings) to bottom (new floor covering throughout). In between there were kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures, doors replaced or redone, paint, window treatments, wiring, light fixtures and switches, Several consideration played into the planning: We wanted to work at home; age in place; accomodate long term stays from grand-children; and we wanted a fresh look after 20 years of occupancy. We got everything we asked for, plus the time line was executed perfectly. Thanks to superb planning the actual work was accomplished during our two week vacation. Four years later I smile evertime I open the front door. We love the look, we love the feel, we love that only breezy care is needed thanks to carefully selected materials. I would recommend Interiors Remembered to anyone, and particularly for someone who has special needs. Special note: Interiors Remembered team respected my husband's "sleeping couch." “Emily from Studio Em Interiors is the best. She is professional, detail oriented, and really listens and gains a vision for what you wish to do with your space. She also delivers top notch design advice and solutions. She worked on my kitchen and dining area and I couldn't be happier. There was an issue with some dining chairs we selected and she got right on the problem and got a solution immediately. I would recommend her work to anyone.”

“We worked with Suzanne on a large remodeling project covering 8 rooms/areas of our house. She took the time to learn how we used these spaces and how we wanted to use them in the future. She also paid attention to special needs such as the pets that we have and keeping this in mind when selecting furnishings. Suzanne created a space plan and visual concept drawing for us to review/change before proceeding with each room and worked very hard to incorporate all of our requirements. We had a very positive experience working with Suzanne and will absolutely work with her again when we are ready to do the next project.”

Not being pros, we appreciated the time and attention which elinor spent with us. “It was my first time working with an interior design firm, and I chose Hermosa Style Co (after interviewing five other designers) because of their aesthetic, availability, and the price and flexibility of their services. I needed my fireplace re-designed, my kitchen updated, the interiors painted, and help with new furniture selection for my family and dining rooms. I wanted to make the transition from a mid-century aesthetic to a more Tulum-esque global organic vibe, but I didn't have a high-end budget. Heather and Alexa did a site visit, documented my existing furniture and art pieces, and came up with a plan for construction and furniture that did not blow my budget. I am very happy with the final results! The project was executed thoughtfully from start to finish, including project management of the construction phase. The designers really got my desired aesthetic and suggested reasonably priced, but inspired and unique furnishings. Alexa, who I worked with most closely, has an open, honest, and patient attitude. She clearly has a passion for interior design and is an active listener who is able to pivot quickly. She has exquisite taste. The idea to do open shelving in the kitchen, add a casing to the vent hood to match the aesthetic of the new fireplace design, and add a banquette breakfast nook led to big impact without crazy construction costs. When I decided I didn't want to spend money on re-doing the kitchen cabinets, they found quality, affordable knobs and pulls to replace the existing ones, and instructed the contractor to make slight tweaks to the cabinets to make them while not new--definitely more fresh and finished-looking. I would highly recommend the team at Hermosa Style Co!”
