Apart from staging, they went above and beyond with coordinating the furniture delivery in my absence and all the last minute handyman work that I had overlooked prior to listing. Loved how they used real palm plants to bring a natural feel to the living room . She was well-prepared for the consultation during our initial phone call, and took the effort to fully understood what we wanted. She addressed all of our needs and questions, and proposed a plan that is within our budget. Throughout the renovation, she kept a constant line of communication with us to make sure we were aware of what was going on. The project was completed on time and we were very happy that she transformed our den from an empty and unused space into a beautiful guest bedroom with storage in which we very much enjoy spending time. “We hired Dhiraj to modify and re-do the full basement and found his recommendations and advise to be awesome. His suggestions helped us to better utilize the space\area we wanted to modify. He did some electrical work and fixed some major issues, plumbing - created a new washroom\shower stall, He recommended a gas line for the dryer and cooking range, as well as one for the outside bar-b-que. His finishing was excellent. I was particularly happy with his attention to detail. It was all very well done. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely hire him again in the future. ( I actually had to hire his services again as I was affected by the great flood in 2013). He again saw to it, that everything was completed and looked the same like before.”
