“We absolutely LOVED working with both Andrea and Jeff Browning of Model Design! We felt so incredibly fortunate to find a husband-wife team that could handle all aspects of the architectural planning and design of our extensive remodel. Both Jeff and Andrea were stellar with their individual components of the job and obviously could work in fantastic unison when it came to decisions that involved both an architect and designer. . there was no waiting for hard-to-schedule meetings between the two! Jeff is super professional but very down-to-to-earth and extremely easy to work with. His calm and laid-back style was so appreciated during a process that can be very stressful! Jeff was super responsive and was able to bring together a team of engineers and our construction crew to address some of the more challenging parts of our remodel. We loved his enthusiasm in helping us achieve our vision for the function and flow of a redesigned floor plan and his full commitment to making it happen! Andrea's incredible artistry and talent as a designer was critical to turning the form of the house into the dream home we had envisioned! She was able to assimilate our ideas to design a home that was practical and functional yet visually stunning! She has meticulous attention to detail and conveys her vision through exquisite architectural drawings, which enables the construction team to fully visualize the anticipated outcome. Andrea is SUPER patient, warm, and always positive, and was so enjoyable and fun to work with! The planning and execution of any extensive remodel can be extremely stressful. The value of having a calm, positive and balanced team cannot be understated. Consider yourself extremely lucky and fortunate if you are able to secure your job with Jeff and Andrea at Model Design!”

“Not only does Ava and Arlene have impeccable design taste. They will handle everything from the idea phase, to hiring the proper General Contractor, subs, over seeing the entire process and being present at the job site during the work. They did everything from A to Z. They made redecorating my home a simple breeze. From providing me my options and giving me the pros and cons of each option with various cost estimates made it easy for me to make a comfortable informed decision on every step of the process. They are extremely flexible with their service. Their contractors are also professional and very neat. They clean up after every job and make the process very convenient. The outcome turned out better than I expected and I am a very satisfied customer.”

“I'm not a big believer of feng shui but I have been proven otherwise! Since I'm in a small house, everything needs to be carefully considered and so I went to Konni for ideas. She measured all of the rooms, and the backyard and even asked for the birthdays of the entire family. Then she came back with some ideas for both the interior and the landscaping outside. Some of the suggestions we still haven't implemented. BUT she recommended changing the position of the bed because she suspected my husband was not sleeping well and it totally worked. Thank you Konni!!!”

“Jamie came on board after we had initial drawings and she completely redesigned the kitchen drawings with our needs in mind. She had a vision of what the final outcome should look like and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Jamie had a clear idea of our budget and worked very hard to help us stay on budget without sacrificing the quality of the remodel. The choices in materials and furniture were so vast and Jamie made the entire process so positive and not overwhelming. We appreciated her candor and her extensive knowledge of construction and design and we relied heavily on her thoughtful opinions. Five years later, we continue to get compliments on how gorgeous our home looks. We very much look forward to working with her again.”

“Lisa helped us design our new home, and we are so happy with the results. Lisa is friendly, professional, and has beautiful taste. She presented ideas, and was certainly open to hearing our likes and dislikes. When contractors were present, she managed beautifully. We hired her initially, and she has been working with us off and on now for various projects for three years - She is so capable! She has helped us with everything from paintings to carpets to chandeliers to children's bedroom valences, to designer light fixtures, to outdoor spaces, to exterior and interior paint choices, to curtains, to kitchen tables and tiles. Our home is a gracious, warm, lovely, and livable space, and we couldn't be more pleased every day. We love Lisa, and highly recommend her to anyone.”

“We are currently working on two bathroom renovations Tami designed for us. This is the second time we get to work with her. Previously she designed custom draperies and helped us give our family room an update. Her draperies are gorgeous! Tami is very good at seeing your vision and pulling it together professionally and within budget. She provides a complete visual presentation and notebook to follow for purchasing, contacts, etc with an itemized breakdown of the budget to follow. She makes it very easy for someone like me who kind of knows what she wants but gets overwhelmed trying to make too many decisions. She delivered her designs within the time frame she gave us and her contractor referrals are very good. Tami also has great follow through with the projects. We have also found that her designer discounts from local vendors help cover her reasonable design fees so it is a win win.”

“I feel extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to personally work with Jamie Roddy and her design team at EdenLA. At first, my visit to EdenLA was only to get a few things done in the guest room, but after meeting with Jamie at the house and discussing a few other design ideas for other rooms in the house, I decided to re-do the entire house, of course with Jamie’s help. She was phenomenal… from her paying attention to every detail, to listening to what my needs were (and budget), to having a wonderful attitude with no ego. We went through each room in the house, top to bottom, even deciding the colors of paint for the walls. The house could not be more beautiful and finally complete since we moved in 6 years ago. It now feels like a home. Jamie is an extremely gifted, talented interior designer and anyone that hires her will not be disappointed. My experience was amazing from the beginning to the end.
