“From the outset we were happy to give Laura our clean slate house (extension & conversion) to Laura's interpretation, we just had a baby, both busy working, yet needed this daunting project to be completed. It all started with just 2 rooms but eventually span off to the rest of the house. Laura slowly but surely gained her understanding of our wishes, styles & requirements when form the outset we loved some of the direction we were taking with concepts & furniture pieces. The subsequent plans & joinery drawings presented gave us a taste of the look, flow and feel we wanted achieve in our home. She included some new and different design ideas which pleasantly challenged us and incorporated new textures and new surface finishes which we know we would not have thought of or found ourselves. Laura had an eagle eye on costs particularly with regards to high end designer furniture, lights, fabrics & wallpapers, handles, rugs, mirrors, etc.. Laura introduced us to the world of luxurious home living brands. She was able to combine trade prices, with trade auctions with eBay and many other contacts & suppliers ultimately making sure we can attain high quality, consistent, harmonious, colour- coordinated finish yet at affordable levels. She remained super devoted despite the many phases (lounge, master, top floor, spare bedroom, girls bedroom, entrance, etc) which allowed us to tackle financial commitments in stages. We were excited by bringing the design to life in our home. Our friends love our house, we loved seeing the transformation and our daughter too. We have grown our friendship & I would have no hesitation to take on a bigger project with Laura & recommended your service to a few of my friends. Thank you Laura.”

“I recently moved to a brand new apartment from a traditional Victorian terraced house after 30 years and so I wanted something totally new and different to what I had lived with previously. My taste is not very modern at all and so I was wanting someone who could help me create a really stylish space that would still suit my tastes (quite eclectic I must add!) In addition it is a really small and compact flat and so I needed some clever thinking on how and what to use, where. I decided to try My Bespoke Room as there service felt very affordable (only £75 per room) and they agreed to come and do an on site visit for a very small additional charge. Using them meant that I could still be in control of what was ordered and my budget, as they just gave me all the tools which saved me loads of time. I was so excited to see it transform that I kept updating them and I really felt they were as excited as I was and really into the project too which was really nice! I got on really well with both of them straight away and was really impressed with what they came up with. It is such a slick an easy service and their virtual moodboard is really cool. It covered everything from paint colours, wallpaper to furniture and finishing touches, including coat hooks and an umbrella stand! This was money well spent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some help in designing and furnishing their homes. Well done girls!!!”

“I contacted Rose Narmani to design my three bedroom house and the results are wonderful. I had a specific theme and colour scheme for each room and Rose listened to all of my requirements and the house has been transformed into an incredible living space. She designed my child’s bedroom and he now loves it. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without the intervention of Rose. She was thorough and professional throughout our engagement with her. You must contact her if you are contemplating having the interior of a property designed as she will not only transform the property into an incredible living space but we have also found that this has increased the value of our property. Thank you for everything Rose.”

“Sacha helped us with a big design/renovation project this year, when we extended our house. We met her when we bought a lovely Stag chandelier, and she then helped us on a bigger design project. She worked closely with us to come up with brilliant ideas that took the sort of things we liked and translated them into a unique design that was just to our taste - but we could never have actually made happen ourselves! She also took the stress out of what should have been a nightmare project, as my husband and I both work and we have small children. Would recommend highly for Interior projects, or Chandeliers.”

“Anna is amazing she absolutely listened to my brief and translated it in a way I seemed incapable of doing. It was presented to me in a great graphical format with an easy to click list of all the items she had used in her design. I was on a budget so the project also involved revamping some old pieces of furniture which she gave me some great advice for as I had never done anything like that before. I’m already talking to her about my next project. I can’t recommend her highly enough.”

“I utilised Caroline’s two hour consultation service (£95) as I desperately needed some advice and ideas for my neglected 1930s hallway. As I don’t live locally, I gave Caroline some ideas and photos via text message about what I liked and didn’t like, my preferred colour palate, and what my priorities were. After some questions from Caroline and some very useful exercises looking at existing spaces and colours, and how we used the hall, she offered some simple solutions which were easily implemented. Simple things like changing the positioning of the existing lighting made a dramatic difference. Caroline then compiled a mood board for me on Pinterest with ideas for paint colours, storage solutions and suggestions for light fittings. She also made recommendations on how I could achieve a modern and coordinated hall that tied in with the existing 1930s features, yet wasn’t overly ‘matchy’. This was complemented with detailed information about sourcing items and recommending paint finishes. Caroline very cleverly sketched her ideas onto my original photo to give me an idea of what my hall could look like. This was really invaluable in helping me ‘see’ my new hall before I started work. I felt that Caroline very quickly ‘got’ what I was after. She was really friendly & approachable, responsive and offered really helpful, practical and straightforward suggestions. She didn’t impose her own tastes and encouraged me to develop my own. Initially I felt that I didn’t really know what I wanted but after conversations with Caroline, I began to gain confidence. I cannot recommend Caroline’s service highly enough. She was great fun to work with and the entire process was really enjoyable.”

“Having never used an interior designer I didn’t know what to expect but I am delighted I invited Daisy to give me some ideas. Daisy combined everyone’s wishes and must haves for the two rooms with her vision and expertise and created a comfortable bedroom and a functional office. Daisy was easy to communicate with and gave alternative ideas to choose from. Everything was easy to visualise as she created computer generated 3D designs. Most importantly Daisy works within a budget but doesn’t skimp on design.”
