“Several years ago, I began using Jade O'Connor Designs to renovate the kitchen and family room of our home. These rooms still had 80's style colors -- peach, mauve, teal, wallpaper, wall to wall carpeting, etc. Jade took the time to understand my decorating style and she completely gutted and transformed these rooms into something I absolutely love. A couple of years later I moved on to the living room and dining room and, using her decorating knowledge and talented artistry, she transformed these rooms as well. I love coming home now! Fast forward to Spring of 2017. Jade and Graham Joyner married in the summer of 2016 and opened up Metal and Petal in November. I met with them several times to plan the renovation of our foyer and refurbish the guest bedroom into an office. The project is unfolding as I write this and it is running very smoothly and on time. Graham is professional, courteous and very well organized. He promptly arrives to let the subcontractors into the house and supervises all of the projects. He has years of building experience and actually completes some of the projects himself. Working with the two of them has been so easy and enjoyable. We are already talking about the next project! I highly recommend M+P. You will not be disappointed.”

“Working with The Mistfit has been a great experience. Monica had quite the daunting task in updating our house! She incorporated numerous family pieces, reupholstered with updated (and beautiful) fabrics and incorporated new furniture when needed. She encouraged us to make a few changes such as a new mantle made of reclaimed wood, ship lap ceiling in the great room, total redo of powder room as well as adding new and moving old chandeliers. She was especially helpful at suggesting and coordinating paint colors. She made paint boards so that I could see different options in each room ( did I mention that we had 7 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms painted?) Her contractors were excellent and she coordinated their timeframe, work, and changes needed on regular basis. Last but not least she was always sensitive to our budget and incorporated that into her design plan.”

“Jason is a dream to work with! We have used him for 2 projects (full reno on a 2 bed condo and partial reno on a house). He is a real artist- not just a designer/architect. On the first project he presented me with a beautiful hand drawn rendering of his vision. After that I knew the project was going to go well! His use of space is fantastic. We purchased a home where the master bath had one sink, small stand up shower and 2 small closets. He fully redesigned the bathroom to have a double vanity, huge shower and walk in closet. This is just one story of how much he impresses me with his work! We will continue to use Jason for any design projects we have!”
