“Darlene has again brought her expertise and professionalism to our home. When we decided to completely renovate our kitchen and two full bathrooms, Darlene spent many hours putting together different proposals and layouts until just the right ones were found. Our contractor was recommended by Darlene and they worked together to ensure that all work was completed to everyone's satisfaction. The project was kept to budget, other than one unexpected cost and the timelines of the project were good. Darlene kept in touch throughout the project and visited on-site to ensure everything was going smoothly. The kitchen is just what we envisioned and both bathrooms, especially the en-suite bathroom, are perfect. “Over the course of the Spring of 2013, Revi Mula of Monaco Interiors helped us to design and renovate our basement. Revi was very easy to work with, very professional, and was a good listener. I had strong ideas of my own, and Revi was willing to incorporate them into the overall design of our space. At each phase of construction, Revi would create her drawings and then consult with us about them. We had a large, unfinished and open space, to start with. Revi hired only the best, most highly-skilled tradesmen to do everything for us, from the ductwork to the framing, drywalling and painting, electrical work, flooring, and everything in between. Revi cares about her firm's reputation and she will only work with people who are honest, hardworking and trustworthy and who do the job properly, and in a timely manner. The work space was kept clean, which mattered to us. We ended up with a very pleasing design for a practical work/play area that feels spacious and bright, yet uses every inch of space in a functional way. We now have an extra 3-piece bath, a closet below stairs, a walk-in pantry, a work/studio area, a beautiful seating/sleeping area with gas fireplace, book shelves and big-screen tv, and a games area as well as a new furnace room. Revi respected our budget and found us beautiful materials and furnishings that suited our style. Her tradespeople are very conscientious and and clearly have a good working relationship with Revi. She oversaw the work and made home visits at regular intervals for consultations and to check on the work. She maintains the highest standards for workmanship and final product, and any small problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Revi returned my phone calls and emails promptly, so our communication was excellent. I know that if you want good results, you have to work with people who take real pride in their work, and that's exactly what you get with Monaco Interiors. I would not hesitate to give Monaco Interiors the highest recommendation and have already referred them to some friends. We had a wonderful experience with Monaco Interiors and I would be delighted to work with them in future, should we need any more work done.”

Apart from staging, they went above and beyond with coordinating the furniture delivery in my absence and all the last minute handyman work that I had overlooked prior to listing. Loved how they used real palm plants to bring a natural feel to the living room .
