“We hired Dhiraj to modify and re-do the full basement and found his recommendations and advise to be awesome. His suggestions helped us to better utilize the space\area we wanted to modify. He did some electrical work and fixed some major issues, plumbing - created a new washroom\shower stall, He recommended a gas line for the dryer and cooking range, as well as one for the outside bar-b-que. His finishing was excellent. I was particularly happy with his attention to detail. It was all very well done. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely hire him again in the future. ( I actually had to hire his services again as I was affected by the great flood in 2013). He again saw to it, that everything was completed and looked the same like before.”

“We decided to build a cottage. Instead of a popular cookie cutter cottage design offered by large building companies we decided to build a custom cottage from the ground up. Before a single decision was made we reached out to Margarida. Our previous experiences with Margarida were excellent and we knew we wouldn’t get the desired beautiful effect without Margarida’s expertise and her amazing attention to detail. Margarida was involved in the process right from the beginning. She helped us with colours, patterns, choice of stone, siding, windows etc.. Once the cottage was completed on the outside, Margarida’s amazing interior design talents were put to work and she wasted no time in creating a gorgeous modern interior living space, which is functional as well as absolutely beautiful. She proved extremely flexible and reliable and was devoted to the project every step of the way. Upon completion, our cottage has become one of the nicest in the neighbourhood and it’s an absolute pleasure to look at and live in. I would highly recommend Margarida’s services to anyone, as she can suit any need or wish.”

“We purchased a 60 year old home and hired Diana to assist with updating the inside of the home. She assisted with structural changes and colour and style selections. I was able to communicate to her the style that I wanted and she was able to make those visions come to life. For example, I wanted an open concept kitchen and she was able to determine where all the appliances and cabinets would be placed once the main kitchen wall was demolished. Her colour selections, tile styles and cabinet styles for all three washrooms and laundry room were perfect. She also respected my opinion. For example, I wasn't too enthusiastic about the colour selections for the wall surrounding the fireplace, Diana could sense that and immediately pulled out a different colour selection based on my feedback and I fell in love with the colours. She also gives honest feedback. She pointed out to me immediately if I was gravitating towards a selection that was a 'fad' and not 'timeless. I would definitely hire her again for future projects. I have absolutely no regrets about any of the decisions made, and that is 100% because we had Diana as our designer. Thank You.”
