“I hired Simply Elegant Interiors in March 2014. I wanted faux iron above the fireplace. Robyn came to my home and explained what the process was in ordering and installing the Faux Iron. She brought samples of the Faux Iron, and after the area was measured the order was placed. My Faux Iron was delivered and installed in the exact time she said it would be and my piece was beautiful. “We started building house with reputable builder in 2019 who provided us a designer. A few months later I realize that their designer does not care at all. They are interested to complete selection as quick as possible and sell upgrades as much as possible. Even though the service of this designer was included in our agreement, I decided to hire my own designer. It cost us additional money but it was WORTH it. In my opinion, a designer should listen and understand what a client wants and this is exactly what E Studio Design did.
