“Elizabeth Hall worked with me (and my husband) to discover our inspiration pieces and styles, so she could design our living room, family room and breakfast/office areas. She did this using Pinterest and the favorite pieces of furniture and accessories we owned. At the time promised, she presented our design boards in a classy way in a keepsake box. She was flexible to change items we didn't love and she was spot on with paint colors for each space. Elizabeth chose quality furniture and decor items for us to buy and place according to her designs. She provided painter references and we saved over $300 by using coupons at our local bed and bath store for rods, sheers and drapes. She made an item list with sku numbers with detail and a mini version to keep in my purse. She has a gift for decorating and is a very pleasant person to work with, and I was very pleased with her ability to listen and bring out the beauty in our home using a lot of what we already had. She keeps within the budget and is very mindful of quality.”

“I found Joyce after she did a major decorating overhaul in 2007 of my parents' house in another city. In their home, they purchased many new pieces of furniture and artwork, rugs and did a small kitchen renovation. When I needed decorating help in 2008, naturally I wanted to turn to Joyce because of the fabulous job she did for my mother and father. However, I was concerned that since I lived in a city four hours away, I did not know how we could pull it off. It was no problem working with Joyce long distance. I sent her pictures and sketched out floor plans. We talked on the phone. We emailed ideas. It was great! She helped me pick out paint colors for our house. I told her I wanted "light, bright, happy" colors, and she came back to me with a wonderful color palette that perfectly suited my needs and our existing furniture. The second time I worked with her (2009), I purchased furniture and rugs, and she not only found things that worked well with my existing decor, but she told me how to accessorize the space. She is great with furniture placement and arrangement to best suit the space and needs of the occupants! Joyce was kind enough to actually sketch out exactly what and where everything needed to be, because I am not a creative person. I did have one face-to-face appointment with her this time, which was just great. It was a nice bonus, but not a necessity for the scope of the project. It just worked out that we could meet to discuss my home, and I'm so glad we did! The third time Joyce collaborated with us was on our new house purchased in April 2012. We gutted the kitchen and Joyce designed the new one. It's FANTASTIC! We get compliments on it all the time! We tore down a wall, put in new cabinetry, built an island, installed all new appliances, installed new flooring and backsplash - all designed by Joyce. Her taste is impeccable! She also again chose the paint colors for this new house based on my description (happy, cheerful, light and airy) and they totally look great with my decor and existing furniture. Joyce has the most wonderful eye for decorating, and her taste is flawless. I can't wait to use her again!!!”
