“I found Catz' services online by accident. We just moved into a new suburban house from a NYC apartment and our existing furniture was much too small and 'too modern' for the house. “Kris Moran and her team at Organized Design helped me when I bought a foreclosure condo that had been stripped down to the studs due to mold and other damage before we bought our condo. Kris was able to work with the condo building to complete a full construction project during what was the busy season and somehow managed to complete the project with minimal disruption to any of our neighbors in a building that is very busy with short term rentals. Kris had so many good ideas that helped us achieve the best rental income in the building. She added bunk beds where there were none and designed cabinetry around our small master bedroom that serves as closet space that we lost to add the bunks. Her choices of furniture have stood up to the wear and tear of our rentals – from sand to wet bathing suits, we are so impressed with how our condo still looks amazing even after so many rentals. Our guest book is filled with rave reviews about how beautiful our condo is and how comfortable all of the furniture and mattresses are. We could have never done this on our own – we live far away and always received updates and photos from Kris and her team during the construction process.”
