“Over lockdown I found myself growing very tired of the decor and furniture in my lounge. Myself and my three girls spend a lot of time in there particularly on an evening. With it being a Victorian terrace it already had beautiful original features in there but was looking very tired and lifeless. I decided to get in touch with Clare fir some inspiration and after our consultation felt very excited and inspired. She made me realise I didn’t need a huge amount to completely transform the space into the cosy room I longed for. I knew I wanted to go for dark walls but had no idea how to then furnish and accessorise. Clare did a full room design, helped and advised me with all of that and WOW the result is amazing, I absolutely love it. It’s made such a difference to my home. So much so I decided to invite Clare back to advise me on my bedroom. I had already painted the walls and bought a rug but needed help with styling. She not only has excellent taste and a great eye for design, she is extremely knowledgeable about the less glamorous but very necessary side of remodelling – need for permissions, placement of water pipes and drains etc. She also has an amazing ability to see possibilities and options no one else has thought of, which can completely change a project for the better. I am based in the US but she was able to advise me based on videos, photos and dimensions of the room in question and made sure to recommend US suppliers.”

“Susan has consulted for us on a couple of occasions, for our 'grown ups only' sitting room (before and after 1st 2 pictures) and our kitchen (before and after 2nd 2 pictures). For our sitting room we wanted something striking and different and Susan certainly hit the mark with the design she came up with!! Her design gave us options for different budgets and worked fantastically with existing furniture to give us a room we love to show off to anyone who comes to visit. For our kitchen we wanted something bright and airy, but we had a very limited budget (only £1000 for the whole kitchen!). Susan suggested painting the doors and just changing the worktops and tiles which has totally transformed the feel. It's made our kitchen somewhere we love to spend time in now!! I can't recommend Susan highly enough, she listens to what you want and delivers inspirational plans which will suit any budget!!”
