“I have worked with Laura since we bought our house 8 years ago. She has done an amazing job at helping us decorate to our tastes -- but at least 10x better than we could have done on our own. She's helped us understand the space, what furniture will fit in it, the colors that will work best, etc. I think she's actually saved us money because every choice is well thought out -- we do not have to later discard items that do not fit or that do not coordinate well. Laura is very efficient and professional. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“Turn Key was excellent to work with from start to finish! Was in need of a new closet design/build and the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot didn’t offer nearly anything close to what Turn Key provided me. Both Courtney and Andrew were great from start to finish. They kept me in the loop during every step, whether it was with an email or a personal phone call. “We hired Michelle to help us redesign our master bath and are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. We wanted to create a spa like setting complete with a larger shower, luxury whirlpool and other creature comforts that women enjoy. Michelle came up with a stunning design that involved some changes of moving a wall, adding pocket doors and relocating some of the plumbing. Her plan included all the materials to be considered for the project and paint colors. We love the whirlpool that is large enough for two and has these fancy lights that change colors as the pool is on. Her design incorporated the existing master bedroom and she helped us with some ideas there also. Michelle is very creative, full of energy and an absolute joy to work with. There are many great designers in Chicago and she is definitely in that elite group of designers.”

“I requested a consultation because the whole first floor of my house had not been painted/updated in 20 years, with the understanding that I was doing the actual work myself. Dawn came in and looked at everything that could be worked into a new color scheme, including the outdoor view. She went over many color combinations that would flow from room to room (4) and the front staircase, made sure they were colors I liked, and wrote down a complete detailed description of brand, finish, and color of paint to buy. She has a keen gift to see what a room will/should look like with a sense of the activity and use of the room. I was very pleased with the results and the colors she recommended.”
