“Judee was a tremendous help to us when we remodeled our kitchen and family room. After visiting our home for the first time and talking to us about our goals for the areas, she was able to help us focus on what we really wanted. The contractors she brought in to do the work were all excellent and professional. She was respectful of our budget and was able to save us so much money with her ability to find quality items at reasonable prices. We were able to include so many details in design that we would have never thought of or known were available if it were not for Judee's creativity and design knowledge. We are thrilled with the outcome of our remodeling. Judee took much of the anxiety away and actually made it fun. I would (and have) highly recommend Judee Malanca for any design project.”

“We absolutely LOVED working with both Andrea and Jeff Browning of Model Design! We felt so incredibly fortunate to find a husband-wife team that could handle all aspects of the architectural planning and design of our extensive remodel. Both Jeff and Andrea were stellar with their individual components of the job and obviously could work in fantastic unison when it came to decisions that involved both an architect and designer. . there was no waiting for hard-to-schedule meetings between the two! Jeff is super professional but very down-to-to-earth and extremely easy to work with. His calm and laid-back style was so appreciated during a process that can be very stressful! Jeff was super responsive and was able to bring together a team of engineers and our construction crew to address some of the more challenging parts of our remodel. We loved his enthusiasm in helping us achieve our vision for the function and flow of a redesigned floor plan and his full commitment to making it happen! Andrea's incredible artistry and talent as a designer was critical to turning the form of the house into the dream home we had envisioned! She was able to assimilate our ideas to design a home that was practical and functional yet visually stunning! She has meticulous attention to detail and conveys her vision through exquisite architectural drawings, which enables the construction team to fully visualize the anticipated outcome. Andrea is SUPER patient, warm, and always positive, and was so enjoyable and fun to work with! The planning and execution of any extensive remodel can be extremely stressful. “I hired Lynne in fall 2012 to work with me on three rooms. I have been so happy with all aspects of her service that I have engaged her to work on other areas of the house. Not only does Lynne possess all the skills one would expect in an interior designer ( fresh ideas, an eye for color and a good sense of space to name just a few) but she has talents that I had not considered as valuable before the project started. Lynne has a wonderful personality and this enables her to connect and communicate with both clients and retailers in a warm, friendly and highly productive manner. She has used her charm to negotiate some great deals, organize expedited deliveries and get answers to questions that I was unable to secure on my own. She has also chased down furniture items, fabrics and lighting when other designers might have suggested we give up and go another route. When i saw something I liked in a copy of Architectural Digest, she made contact with the designer of the featured house and found out all sorts of useful information during the course of a friendly chat. She listens well. She always respects the needs and wants of the client but is not afraid to step in if she thinks you are making a terrible mistake. I particularly love that Lynne helped me to step outside my comfort zone. The results have been spectacular. I have been delighted with all work to date and look forward to a continued relationship with Lynne.”

“I worked with Luz at Del Pozzo Design Solutions on 3 different projects at my home. She is great to work with. She always listens and understands what you want to accomplish. She never tried to push her ideas on me. As a result, I have 3 rooms in my house that are now amazing -- each a real WOW. Projects included the master bath (completely gutted and rebuilt), the living room (recovered all the furniture) and the family room (recovered all the furniture). She made them all easy and made great suggestions. Can't wait to work with her on my next project.”

“I hired Anna to help us decorate 4 rooms in our new home (living and adjacent dining room, den, loft). She was a great listener, and fit our needs perfectly. We didn't need a full-service decorator to buy our furniture for us. However, we did need help picking out pieces that would work well together, and stretched us beyond the bland all-neutral palette that was our "comfort zone." We have been very happy with the results, and would recommend her highly!”
