I specialize in residential projects almost exclusively and all of my projects require attention to the details. Lauren has shown me that she has an incredible talent to think of the details and plan for them from the very beginning. “Ariel has such a light hand and does everything with such ease! My partner and I were overwhelmed with trying to quickly furnish our new home and starting with almost nothing. I tend to overthink every decision, so I really needed help bringing together a cohesive design and be confident in our decision making. This was also at the time that everything was out of stock, and Ariel was able to source items that were almost all entirely in stock. Ariel really listened to the exact requirements we had for our unique space and made sure that each piece would fit just right, with an emphasis on quality and longevity. More importantly, she helped us be brave when it came to bold design decisions. A dark and moody dining space is not something we would have ever thought of on our own, let alone been confident enough to execute. It ended up being the most stylish corner in our home, has such a Chicago vibe, and continues to be the source of inspiration for or other design decisions. Ariel really helped us quickly get from zero (literally only a mattress on the floor) to fully furnished in a matter of a couple of months. We are still putting together finishing touches and decorative elements, and Ariel's online design resources are really helpful for that as well.”

“I can't say enough good things about working with Natasha. We downsized our home and I hated the small kitchen. I felt there was little we could do about it, Natasha's vision and design gave me the open kitchen of my dreams. It is beyond beautiful! She held our hands every step of the way. She also helped pull together furniture for us and helped us to redesign the mantle and bookcases to suit our needs. She recommended a wonderful contractor that was a pleasure to work with. Our project was finished on time and on budget. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else. She did a fantastic job for us!”

“Marie Lyall is the best! Fortunately we did not lose our house in the 2017 Napa fire, however our home was severely smoke damaged. Marie came in and saved the day. She helped us to choose paint colors and replace damaged furniture. She designed a beautiful custom iron stair railing, and helped us with so many other, overwhelming to us, design related projects. She is extremely talented, easy going, friendly and was always respectful of our budget. We now have our home back, refreshed and more beautiful, thanks solely to Marie. We highly recommend Marie Lyall Interior Design!”

Her recommendations provided a selection of options which allowed us to make selections appropriate to our overall home design. France was responsive and provided project oversight to every step of the remodeling. She had high expectations for her subcontractors and ensured all aspects of the re-model went smoothly and were provided on time and within budget.”

“We recently finished a remodel of our mid-century kitchen and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Tony and Dawn are amazing and their eye for design is impeccable...what I was most impressed with was how detailed they were and that they listened to our needs. We wanted a kitchen that looked great but was also functional, and they delivered! My wife and I both work, so it was important to us to know that they were there to handle all the small details and be on site to work with contractors, handymen, etc. No doubt, remodeling a kitchen is stressful but Tony and Dawn were so accommodating and made the project much easier than it would have been otherwise. The final photo shoot was bittersweet -- everything looked amazing but we were a little sad the project was over since working with Tony and Dawn was such a pleasure. I can't recommend them highly enough. Check out the photos of the Chevron marble back splash in the Yelp photo album toward the end and also on their website.”

“Very generous designer who made my tiny rental feel spacious and bright! So grateful for Jenn’s excellent list of recommendations she offered me within 24 hours after seeing my home. She helped me realize that my space doesn’t have to be or feel small by changing a few simple things such as, painting the interior, raising all the curtain rods to make my ceiling feel higher, layer cowhides on the cold tiled floor, moved my paintings around that made more sense to view, helped me find beautiful decorative pillows, dining table and chairs, and the most comfy modern chair and ottoman we all fight over to sit in and most importantly she suggested many choices to choose from to change out all the old dated light fixtures. I learned that investing in great curtains, sconces to lamp shades would be worth the investment since I can take them with me if and when I ever move. My home now feels spacious, fun and festive to visit and a whole lot bigger and brighter because I used every single one of Jenn’s innovative ideas. Loved her smart suggestions and felt she respected my small budget and made it work besides making my cozy place a place all my friends and family love to visit. In particular, my Kreiss dining room set needed re-upholstering. I had put the project off for the longest time as could not make a decision on the design direction. Kim offered the ideal combination of patience and expertise to guide me in finding exactly what I wanted. The end result is a formal dining area that I love and fits my family's lifestyle perfectly.
