“I hired the Decor Coach to help me rearrange and come up with a design for my master bedroom. I felt my room was awkwardly shaped and my furniture was big for my room. After I contacted Jodi, the decor coach she sent me a questionnaire to fill out before the session and also guided me to this website for inspiration. She arrived right on time and I gave her a very quick look at other rooms in my house so she could get a feel for what I like. She made gave me a checklist of things to do that would help me be organized and not overwhelmed by my designing task. We discussed in depth about the order in which things should be done and how to implement the list when designing my room. We skimmed though websites, photos on her ipad, paint swatches she brought as well as some fabric swatches. She help me pinpoint my style and taught me the importance of knowing it in regards to shopping. She came up with a couple of ideas on how to place my furniture and even sketched a layout for me. I gained a lot of knowledge in a 3 hour session. I'd hire her again anytime and would definitely recommend her to others. Jodi certainly loves what she does and it shows through her professionalism and delightful personality. By the end of the session she had learned by style and pointed me in the direction of stores that would fit my needs. Overall I had a wonderful experience.”
