“I have used Sandra since 2001 when we built a new log home. We ordered carpet, tile, cabinets, window coverings, furniture, appliances, lighting, pretty much all aspects of the projects . She was one on one with the contractor and subs all most everyday. She always listens to what I'm wanting, then always has great options. She is extremely positive, and a very good listener of your budget. I have used her dozens of times since we built our home.”

“I hired Jane to space plan and design my one bedroom apartment in Seattle. She took a 750 square foot awkwardly shaped space and turned it into my beautiful sanctuary. Jane is professional to work with and very knowledgeable about where to buy high quality furniture and decor that fits into any budget. Feeling overwhelmed with the task of furnishing and styling my place, Jane was able to calm my anxieties with her custom floor plans and ability to realize my style vision after our very first meeting. “We were introduced to Lighting Designer, Nathanael Washam, by our general contractor. At first, we were not convinced that we needed a designer, but after meeting Nathanael and hearing his ideas for lighting our home, we realized that designing the lighting is not something we could do ourselves. Nathanael was good at figuring out our lighting needs based on how we would use individual rooms and he drew a detailed lighting diagram that was invaluable to our electrician. Throughout the process, Nathanael was courteous and friendly. We are very happy with the results and would recommend his services to anyone building or remodeling.”

“NIBIO is amazing. I was living in a really impossible space with a huge room that was awkward. Nicolette rapid fire gave ideas in our consultation and then she had this brilliant idea of moving the bed to a corner leaving an area open to an office and also changing the flow of space which helped so much. The result was completely different living space. I really like working with this designer. She comes up with ideas quickly, listened to how I wanted to use the space, and her communication is the best I've seen from any professional, period.
