“When we redid our Kitchen Silvertouch was very helpful with planning the area and the components that would be most effective from a workflow and storage perspective. They were able to create the look we wanted by modifying some of their standards to our satisfaction. Their quality is definitely first class!! They met all their scheduled dates for removal and installation and when they left there was not a spec of dust anywhere Since then, we have had Silvertouch do new cabinets for both our Bathrooms.”

“We’ve had the immense pleasure of having Sam Jackson @ Duke Custom Kitchens design and manufacture all of our cabinetry and custom closets in our Whistler home. Sam is a dream to deal with and his work ethic is second to none. I would fully entrust him with any future renovation or new build projects. He provided a vast array of material selections that reflected the company’s exemplary workmanship. He accommodated our requests for honest design feedback since we weren’t able to be on site very much and made sure the installation was perfect. For that we truly admire his professional work ethic and are grateful for his crucial role in making our dream retreat become reality. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. His high standards of workmanship and attention to detail along with his world class customer service made this aspect of the renovation most enjoyable. “I can't say enough about this place. MY ONLY REGRET is that I didn't use them for my kitchen remodel. I hired them for my bathroom cabinets and from beginning to end this company was the most professional, detailed company I have ever dealt with in the home improvement business. The initial consultation was very helpful and professional. The use of technology in reminding you about the upcoming appointment and follow up calls, emails and so forth were outstanding. Their customer service angle was beyond what I ever expected from beginning to completion. The quality and install of my cabinet was awesome. The product and the item was even better than I had expected. The installer was nice, clean, brought appropriate items to protect the stairs and so forth. The end result was beautiful cabinets. I WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE!!!”
