“It was our good fortune to have met Jennifer Wright of KZDesign through our daughter ~ who was gutting and re-doing a summer cottage on Cayuga Lake. Then we hired Jen: we had a choice of two architects within a couple of weeks, an engineer assessing the structure, plans in hand within 6 weeks, available contractors bidding for the job and a starting date of next Tuesday! :-) Also during that time Jen redid one side of our small income property ~ a lovely 170 year old 3 story 4 unit home now stunning and competitive. She is also in the process of working on projects at our boathouse. I feel she can make a room lovely whether one has unlimited or limited funds. She is ready for any challenge and meets it well!
