“Diablo Valley Cabinetry provided one of the best remodel experiences that we have had. Not only with the outcome the most beautiful product that we could have asked for, but the process was smooth as well. They were very involved with every detail and the owner actually came to our house on many occasions to oversee everything! I have never experienced that kind of service from another company. They are professional in every aspect of their dealings and they truly provide top of the line product. I will absolutely use them again for future projects and highly recommend them for both projects big and small. Thank you for actually making the process of a remodel pleasant!”

“Vadzim was the perfect cabinetmaker. He made cabinets throughout our entire home -- new kitchen with new island, family room, living room, media room, custom children's hallway, bathroom vanity, custom mantle, laundry room, and kitchen table. He was also responsible for the finishing touches, such as the handrails on the stairs and the crown molding. He was very responsive and turned around requests quickly. He was thoughtful - in many cases more thoughtful than we were. He really helped us think through the uses of the cabinetry and made excellent suggestions for improvement that integrated the design of our whole home. For example he asked us to make the countertops thicker to ensure outlet plug strips were hidden. His designs were perfect and thoughtful, down to the fraction of an inch. He also crafted a custom table for us when we couldn't find a white oval table in the right dimensions. Even with all of this excellent attention to detail and responsiveness, he was considerate of our budget. For example we were able to re-use some old kitchen drawers with new faces, and he sent us a high-end and low-end set of hardware to choose from for a very large door. Vadzim takes great pride in his work and is truly an artist with an appreciation for functionality. The cabinetry is all beautiful and works perfectly - all of it. We will absolutely use him again for every custom cabinetry need we have in the future.”

“As an architect, I am thrilled whenever I get the opportunity to work with Mike Dickinson and Dickinson Cabinetry. From his ability to listen to the client, to his development of quality shop drawings of all the casework, to his craftsmanship in building some of the finest cabinets I have seen, I always know that Mike and his shop will be able to build cabinets that will not only look amazing, but will last for years and years. Dickinson also has an amazing showroom that is a real asset to my clients. I can send them to meet with Mike where he can review door styles, materials, finishes, colors and answer any questions they might have about what their new cabinets will look like. I have worked with Mike and his shop on a half dozen projects ranging from full kitchens to small bathroom vanities and I look forward to continuing to work with him on projects to come.”

“Mark has supplied cabinets for 2 of our homes. He is detail oriented and patient working through the design process. He has made our home more user friendly and nicer to look at. I don't typically review any person or product. Mark is the exception and I cannot recommend him highly enough.”

“I recently worked with Francisco and was so impressed!! He was super professional in his dealings, so competitive in pricing and timeline of delivery, and his attention to detail is impeccable. He came, did a thorough design review with myself and my interior designer, followed up to close out open questions, did several more follow ups, and then delivered the final designs in 3 weeks. I am so happy with my new kitchen island and TV cabinet, he was a true gem for the Bay Area”

“Laura has supplied the cabinets on some of our most successful projects, including my personal residence in San Francisco. Since Laura represents several different cabinet fabricators, she has the ability to accommodate virtually any stylistic, design, and budgetary requirement. She is a second generation kitchen designer, and virtually her entire family (including her contractor husband Mike) is in the residential remodeling business. Laura understands the importance of client service, and shares my own philosophy of building a business through an ever-growing base of satisfied clients. On my own home, Laura not only provided the cabinets, but improved upon my original layout, suggesting changes that enhanced the functionality of the kitchen and the overall look and feel. A critical detail where I wanted a panel-ready fridge to integrate with a pantry cabinet and a filler piece to hide a plumbing chase came together effortlessly with minimal heartache on my part. I have seen even custom cabinet shops struggle mightily to accomplish a similar result on my other projects where Laura was not involved. Laura personally supervises the delivery of all of her orders, and stands behind any factory mistakes or damage incurred by shipping. On my own house, she made multiple site visits to oversee installation and made sure the results came out as intended. Highest marks for Laura Moloney and Kitchens Galore; I look forward to collaborating with Laura on many projects in the years to come!”

“I actually selected KDS from the Houzz website. Best decision ever! Kevin is very professional and was really able to bring our project to life, even better than I had envisioned it! He managed to squeeze in a good sized pantry, and here I thought I'd never get one! Kevin's website is very user friendly with a lot of before and after pics! He literally walked us through every step of the whole process helping and guiding us to make the right decisions and selections. Let me say this is a really tough and stressful process and ones always worries about making the wrong choice either in color, material or use of space. Kevin was always there to help guide us and the result is an area that we absolutely love and thoroughly enjoy!!! Kevin has a wonderful eye for color, use of space, and never tries to force his own taste on you but actually works with what you like and dislike! I can't recommend him highly enough. You'll be so happy to have him working for you! He's the best!!!!”

“I first contacted Doolittle Design to build me a custom desk. I wanted a desk with a clean modern design that would fit in my home office. Troy, the designer, met with me to discuss what I was looking for. I told him that I was open to the design and materials but the dimensions would have to fit a certain space in my office. He looked at my height and measured the room. We discussed the proper height based on the use of the desk. He also discussed with me the different types of reclaimed wood he either had in stock or could get if necessary. Troy came back with an illustrated design of the desk along with a sample of the reclaimed wood he chose for it. This is where it became interesting. See, Troy just doesn’t work with any type of wood he works with wood that has stories. The wood chosen for my desk was made out of reclaimed, old-growth redwood from lumber salvaged from the Lindsay Olive Company in the California’s Central Valley. The tanks that were used for soaking the olives were made of this wood. It was beautiful after Troy cleaned up and finished it. We made some adjustments and Troy went off to build the desk. I have had this desk now for several months and could not be any happier. Having a beautiful custom piece of furniture that is very pragmatic in my office not only adds to the aesthetics but also enhances my creativity and well-being. I just love all the character in the reclaimed wood. The water stains in this material are so dramatic. I just haven't seen that in other new furniture before. I would definitely recommend Doolittle Design for any of your custom furniture needs.”

“Patty was great to work with. She helped me pick out what I wanted, walked me through the process so I knew exactly what to expect. Her prices were reasonable. And she's been great with follow up questions and maintenance as it happens. I've worked with her on 2 different occasions: my kitchen (big project) and master bath cabinets. I would highly recommend Signature Kitchen & Bath Design for your cabinet needs.”
