Once again I would like to commend you all collectively for an excellent job with our new kitchens. Sarah Jane Cooper was excellent in the initial design and consultation phase, and we have ended up with a really user-friendly and functional design, that looks fabulous. It was great to get the latest advice about the latest products such as the latest engineered stone designs, and clever cabinetry that we had no idea about. Sarah led us through the process, came up with some great solutions for some tight areas and gave us the confidence that we were making the right decision in choosing Kitchen Mania once again. What was even more outstanding was the project management led by Martyn Barriball. Martyn made this part so hassle-free for us and organised excellent cabinet fitters electrical and plumbing tradesmen, in a seamless and systematic manner. It was as though the various 'tradies' had nothing else to do but to wait on Martyn's phone call to say that they were required for their part of the process (which on speaking to each tradesman, was further from the truth as all were flat-out with work - testament to Martyn's pulling-power and organisation!). Martyn was always at the end of the phone, and even when we changed our minds about powerpoint locations and different plumbing there was no-drama and the changes were simply just made straight away. The work to the bespoke cabinet to hide our water boiler, that was cut on site for the kitchenette looks like it was manufactured with the rest of that kitchen, and the carpenter deserves credit for his carpentry skills for making this a millimetre-perfect fit. Overall we are very impressed with the service and delighted with the finished product. We realise that you are all collectively just doing your jobs, but we were made to feel like we made some new friends along the way.
