She was very capable of leading us through the process of selection, ordering and even had answers to our installation questions and shared links to educational materials on installation on line with us. We are now in the beginning stages of planning our kitchen remodel with her as well. She is more than patient and very respectful of the customer's ideas and pleasantly tactful when needing to steer you to something a bit different that will work better for your project.
