In the end our new design not only included a new kitchen but a pantry and laundry room, two things our home did not currently have. This space is now incredibly functional all because Stephanie was able to envision the space working even better for us then we did. Her detailed design was invaluable to creating a space that made the most sense for the way we live. They put together a quote and mock up of the kitchen that was very detailed. We were able to see exactly what we were getting and make tweaks to the design during the process. They delivered our kitchen on time and even came back to make sure everything was installed perfectly (I would recommend you have them install because they are perfectionists). “We bought our kitchen cabinets from Chicago Kitchen Concepts and went through Mike Panitch. Can't say enough good things, but here is a short and non-exhaustive list: 1) Made about a dozen calls to a dozen different cabinet shops. Mike was by far the most responsive, the most willing to work with us on quality and design, and the easiest to communicate with. Which is all huge when doing a renovation. 2) Mike guided us to significantly higher quality cabinets at a significant cost savings over the brand we were leaning towards. Our general contractor, who has worked in construction his entire life, said "I would put these cabinets in any house." Seriously top notch product. 3) Throughout the renovation and even after he was paid, Mike made sure we were taken care of at every instance. Small issues came up towards the end (which happens, and none of which were Mike's fault) and Mike made sure to answer the phone and solve our problems in a way that was finished and complete. Again, he was already paid - and he wasn't at fault in any way - but he spent considerable time making sure we were taken care of. 4) When I first called Mike I sent him a design from our designer. He tore it to pieces and sent us back a revised design within 20 minutes. If I had known that I wouldn't have used a designer. Really pleased during a process where it's tough to please anyone.”

He came back with sketches so we could approve his plan, and they were just what we were looking for. Jim built them in a timely fashion and carefully installed them in one day. We absolutely love our built in units, people come to our house and say they look like they were built when the room was. We are planning on Jim making us a custom vanity for our master bath this month, we would highly recommend Jim.”
