“My wife and I were shopping around to have our kitchen, front closet, bathrooms and master walk-in done. We contacted 5 different companies and had them come out to the house to estimate the job. Out of all the people that came, Dean made us feel the most comfortable with his knowledge and creative input. He made a strong impression on us and wanted to make sure we would get exactly what we wanted. For the kitchen we went with a standard white shaker style with an island. He made us a beautiful custom range hood and the end panel design on the island is beyond our expectations. He also put in matching side panels for the built in fridge and range that made the kitchen come together wonderfully. Lots of other customization for the drawers, door styles and accessories we got to choose from was far beyond our expectations. For the master bath and walk-in we had a particular design in mind and Dean was helpful with accommodating. He added a few key ideas that my wife really liked (closet organizer, shoes etc.) and she was over the moon when it was completed. The drawer and storage options are a real space saver and everything fits together perfectly. For the bathrooms we did basic design similar to the kitchen, didn't want to go to crazy but still came out great. For the kitchen and bathrooms countertops we ended up using granite through Dean because his prices were unbeatable. I guess because he does higher volume he gets a better discount. Anyways his countertop guys were great and did a fantastic job when they came in. They also did the backsplash in the kitchen. All in all I give this company 5 stars based on customer relations and quality of work. It took me a while to finally do this review since the work was done a few months ago, just been so busy this summer. Since then all of our friends that have seen it want to get their kitchens done, and a couple are looking to get work done in the coming months. “Once in a lifetime you meet someone as professional, skilled, and reasonably priced. MILLWORX were the best find of this Reno. The finish on their cabinetry is awesome, smooth, gorgeous. Everyone was extremely helpful with regards to sharing what is new in contemporary design. We loved these guys. It was a joy to work with them. They built my entire kitchen, using high gloss horizontal wood which is difficult to perfect, the island is stunning. MILLWORX also handled projects such as my vanity which is 9 ft long and Arthur and ErIc, always selected the best hardware to complete the contemporary feeling. They are generous with their time, flawless in execution and installation.. Both have excellent taste. i also enjoyed the installation process, on time, perfect, well done.They were in charge of our new kitchen, two bathroom vanities, , two SLIM entrance closets, two huge contemporary bedroom closets with built in drawers, a bench, all of our stairs were cut and stained to match our hardwood floor. “We did a complete renovation of our house, converting it into two apartments. We purchased both kitchens from True Cut Cabinetry. Since there would be two kitchens and bathrooms, budget was a concern for us. True Cut was able to recommend different products and finishes to help stay on budget. Their design work is great, everything was planned perfectly. The appliances went in with no trouble at all. They also helped me to coordinate with the other trades like electrician and plumber. Having the detailed drawings available was so helpful for getting accurate estimates from the trades. The team at True Cut really value accuracy. they all work really hard to make sure the client is going to have the perfect end result! They were also very careful not to promise deadlines they couldn't meet. Overall we are very happy with our two new kitchens and had a great experience working with the team at True Cut Cabinetry. “When my wife and I decided to renovate the den/office/spare bedroom in our central Toronto condominium apartment we first gave a lot of thought to what we wanted to achieve and decided on a built-in unit with an L shaped corner desk, shelving for some of my publisher wife’s many books, an entertainment section for the TV, VCR, DVD player and accessories, drawers to store clothing when the room was used as a guest bedroom and for things we wanted out of sight at other times, and a large filing drawer. We then, on our own, drew up a detailed “to scale” design for the structure. As our next step we consulted the HomeStars website, where we found the customer reviews very helpful. We interviewed four of the seemingly most highly recommended millwork companies and, very fortunately for us, decided on NIICO Millwork Group Ltd. Vladimir, one of NIICO’s project designers, came to our home and spent considerable time hearing what we wanted, reviewing our drawings, confirming our measurements and recommending materials. Using computer assisted design, he suggested very important improvements to our plans and then produced very detailed and exact 3D drawings of the unit. Shortly thereafter, we went to the NIICO showroom where Vladimir helped us make the final selection of materials, colors and accessories. A cost estimate was comparable to the other estimates we had received and, we felt, very fair. Our unit was built in a timely way and in the time frame we had agreed to. Ryan, the installer, came to our apartment with the unit in sections and spent 3 days very meticulously assembling everything beautifully. He then returned a few days later to apply the few finishing touches. The attached “Before” and “After” photos show why we are so happy with the result. My wife and I, who are perfectionists and incredibly fussy, can’t say enough good things about our NIICO experience. Vladimir, our designer, was extremely intelligent, professional and helpful and a very nice person to boot. Ryan, our installer, was also a very personable young man and, like us, a perfectionist. He did everything as though he was working on his own home. Phil, the project scheduler, was also very pleasant and helpful as was Tanya, an office administrator.
