“We have used Mr Build Dunbar in a variety of smaller projects that have always been completed on time and on estimate. The people doing the work are polite and professional. Using Mr Build Dunbar has made it easy for me in my work around our condo. I know that a phone call will get things done properly and promptly. Over our few years experience we are confident enough that we have just signed a contract for a roof replacement covering two buildings. His estimate was well prepared and competitive. it was simple to understand. They know what they are about and easy to work with.”

“We had our bathroom and kitchen completely rebuilt from scratch in our condo. We hired Aero Kitchen because they came highly recommended and they were the best by far of the 3 quotes we received. The first quote was from a major home improvement chain. The second was from a contractor utilizing pre-fabricated purchased cabinetry which would have not quite fit (come up short) in our space. Aero Kitchen's quote was lower and presented custom built cabinetry, counters and tiling. In addition to being the best value, they were honest, sincere and accommodating. From the time leading up to and throughout the project, they kept demonstrating their integrity and accountability. They were very thorough in working and reworking the quote as well as keeping us updated and informed along the way. We gave them a hard deadline of 14 days and a fixed budget. They met both! In fact they were done 1 day ahead of schedule!!!! We would highly recommend Aero Kitchen for whatever degree of work needed.”

“MXM did a great job on our kitchen, powder room, garage and laundry renovation in 30-year old house from 2021 to June 2022. The reno was started and finished on schedule and MXM team were Professional, flexible, accommodating and friendly. They were trustable to work with throughout because all work was completed on time as per agreement and in a professional way at a reasonable price. We have a complete kitchen renovation - took down everything and installed new sink, new electrical power line, dishwasher, hood and stove, refrigerator, shelves and many more including plumbing and electrical work. They also fixed many damaged dry walls throughout the house and installed new shelves. Some paint job and the customized shelf was done very nicely. The powder room and kitchen floor were replaced with new porceline tile and we are very happy with the result. I was initially asked them to do the kitchen reno only, then I saw mxm teams were well organized and worked excellent in timely manner, I just kept giving them more work. I can reach them in many ways by text, phone or email. So easy to communicate and time-saving for me while working a full time. Thanks for all the awesome job.”

“Cezar was engaged to build a 21st century guest bathroom with new porcelain wall and floor tiles, plumbing fixtures, shower, toilet and 4 drawer cabinet which required a complete demolition of the previous bathroom. He provided a complete scope of work covering the demolition and construction, and fulfilled all of his responsibilities admirably. In the preparation for the work to be done, he presented a number of competent, well developed design ideas which aided my understanding of the design possibilities for the room. Cezar has great understanding of the work from his long experience, and possesses outstanding skills and knowledge with an overriding very pleasant attitude toward his clients, and suppliers. He completed the work within the time required. The budget was increased as a result of changes made at my request, and through no fault of Cezar. I found his quiet, but very competent advice on colours for the tiles and paintwork invaluable, and a much better bathroom was created as a result.”
