“I worked with Rosa to help me design and order cabinets for my kitchen. Not only was she knowledgeable about the cabinet products, but she was so creative coming up with a design to fit the space of my room. She took into consideration the space, my style and what the cabinets will be used for. She was truly amazing to work with! She is very professional and there was never an email or call that she didn't get back to me with an answer in a timely manner. I knew throughout the whole construction and design process that she was there to help me come up with creative solutions that actually worked for the use of my kitchen! I would definitely work with Rosa again!!”

“Renee and RTG do a phenomenal job! She's done kitchen designs on a couple of remodel projects for me, and I can't say enough good things about the work. She literally saved me on a project that was a complete disaster due to a previous contractor's poor workmanship. “Becky Sue designed a dream kitchen that functions beautifully! She was professional & respectfully listened to our wants & desires & more than delivered. She has great attention to detail with all aspects including appliance dimensions, placement & appearance. For example, we wanted a warming drawer & thought we wanted it underneath the oven as so many have. She recommended that we have it next to the cooktop for convenience & my husband, the cook, absolutely agrees that it is much more convenient here. She provided so many recommendations that enhanced the function of the cabinetry & saving of steps. And best of all on time & on budget! More than exceeded our expectations!”

“We recently purchased a 1960's ranch in Atlanta, with the intention of renovating the kitchen and finishing the basement. We knew we wanted to work with a design-build firm and based on former client reviews and a referral from a friend we chose Renewal Design-Build after careful consideration. We couldn't be happier with our decision! They removed an entire wall from our kitchen to create an open, bright floor plan and added a beautiful island and tons of storage to the kitchen. They finished our basement adding a guest bedroom, bath, storage, and a play area for the kids. They worked closely with us on all design decisions and didn't complete the job until we were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors. I'm already planning my master bedroom renovation and I plan on using Renewal again down the road!”

“I had spotted Atlanta Building Company doing a remodel in our neighborhood. I stopped by to ask one of the guys what they were doing and they invited me into the home to see for myself. They were remodling the entire downstairs of a home. But, the representative from Atlanta Building Co said they to everything from changing out ceiling fans to major renovations. I asked them to take a look at my bathroom and we struck a deal for them to do the remodel. It was a tear-out and replace vanity, cabinets, and flooring. Great job, and the workers were the most polite and contientious people we've worked with. They weren't the cheapest but they did great work, and were very easy and accomodating to work with. About six months later, the tissue despensor came loose. I tried to fix it myself but was not successful. I asked John if they could stop by to help. They came by quickly and fixed in three minutes what it would have taken me hours to fix. Great folks, timely work, good job.”
