“Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. Further, Salar's demeanor was most impressive, listening carefully to all of our questions and explaining what our options were and how he could best address them. Professional, polite, a can-do attitude, and making us feel that he wanted us to be completely satisfied - you can't ask for more from a contractor.The project was not entirely hiccup-free - but whenever we saw something that was not what we wanted/expected, Salar was quick to make sure it was addressed. As a general rule, anyone looking to do a basement build/renovation should always check as much information as possible to make sure sufficient and pertinent data is being used to make the contractor selection. When available, also look for any photos of completed projects, whether posted online in a gallery on the company's website, or directly ask the contractor if any are available for viewing on a tablet or laptop. Salar was quick to show us examples of previous work and used those examples as idea generators for our project.The highest recommendation for a contractor is whether or not they have repeat clients. It is our intention to have another project queued up for the spring of 2017 and B.C.M. London, Inc. will once again be selected for bidding.”
