“We were VERY pleased with the entire process of picking out our granite, the instillation and the final results. In searching many companies and speaking with many professionals, I found that one of the biggest issues with granite instillation is the quality of the seams. We are so pleased with the way ours turned out. Another professional who has seen our countertops said that they had NEVER seen such perfect seams. We could not be happier. “Three years ago, I had the pleasure of working with Gretchen Roach of Kitchen Interiors, LLC to do a complete teardown and rebuild of the kitchen in my 1960s house. I still to this day feel grateful to Gretchen every time I walk into my kitchen, as it was not only an enjoyable experience to work with her, but the end result far exceeded anything I could have imagined. Being both indecisive and frugal to a fault, I am sure I was not the easiest client she's worked with, but she was very patient as I took my time, changed my mind, asked for additional layout options a number of times, and took a very long time to choose paint colors and cabinet styles. Throughout the process, she stuck with me, was supportive, had great ideas, and was sensitive to my budget. I had a lot of input and wanted some very specific things, and the final product was definitely a combination of my personality and Gretchen's expertise. “We are in the end phases of a kitchen remodel. I told Gwen that I cook frequently and that I wanted to make the most use of my limited natural light. She saw the space in ways that I could not and now that the cabinetry is physically in place, I am deeply appreciative of her attention to the way a body moves and uses a kitchen. The geography of the sink and cooktop is a perfect little pivot. The attention to the placement of the cabinetry and their uses is spectacular. And the space is flooded with natural light without our having to add a skylight. It is also very beautiful.”
