“We had a new roof put on our former home (2007) and Integrity not only explained their business and the options for shingles with respect, but did an excellent job doing the work. Their employees were extremely polite and cleaned up very well. When we bought our current home (2009), we asked them to do an inspection on its roof, and they told us honestly it was in fine shape and didn't need work. Because of their honesty, we recommended them to neighbors on both sides who have also hired them. Additionally, we asked them to do our new windows in our current home right after we moved in. Again, they were extremely professional, clean, and honest.”

“My husband and I hired Virginia Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen remodeling project after a long search for a reliable company. We did not hesitate to go with them after going over the details. We started off by calling them to get an estimate. Their schedule was pretty busy (which is a good thing!) but managed to find us a perfect date and time. The designer that came out was very knowledgeable and nice. He was kind enough to propose his ideas while encouraging us with our own. He took some measurements and left. We received our estimate via email couple days after the initial meeting with a kind invitation to go to their showroom for selection making. The proposal seemed to fit our plan so we went by with great excitement. They have a very nice designed showroom with a wide range of tiles, granite, cabinets and etc. to choose from. They were very professional. They took a note of every selection we made. We finally sat down to go over our design and the contract. We didn't hesitate to sign and to give deposit. We were given a project start date not too far from signing of the contract. The date of the construction, the crew and the project manager came at the time they promised. Project manager went over the changes with everyone. This made us feel extremely happy and comfortable! The crew started off by covering areas in the house for protection. They were very respectful of our property and belongings. They came and left at the same time every day. Project manager constantly stopped by whenever he could to check the progress on the site. We were able to contact our designer whenever we wanted to during their operating business hours. Construction debris was picked up everyday as well. Project went pretty smooth overall and they were able to finish a day before they told us. They work on schedule and are very professional. We are extremely satisfied with the total outcome. Everything turned out to be much better than what we had expected. It was worth to spend every penny (even my husband thinks so). We gladly recommened VKB and Kemal (our designer) to everyone. Our family and friends love our new kitchen. We will definitely be in touch with Virginia Kitchen and Bath for any upcoming projects. Thank you VKB”

“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”

“Andrew and the ALC team built an amazing addition to our home. Many people approach the building of a garage as a separate entity, but from the very start, Andrew listened to what we wanted and created a beautiful garage and breezeway that looked like it was a part of the original structure of our home. We felt confident from our very first meeting, that their knowledge, connections and experience would help us get the end results that we desired and they did not disappoint! Their continued involvement in every step of the building and design process held our confidence throughout and eased any of our expected worries. The quality of materials, help and suggestions that their team utilized were all exemplar. The level of craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations and has been noted by all of our neighbors, friends and family and even the occasional deliveryman. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. It is beautiful, it is exactly what we wanted and came in on budget! I would recommend them to anyone looking to add to the value of their home. “I employed Louren Reddick and colleagues as general contractor on a 1000 sq ft gut renovation of an apartment, including a full kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. having lived in the results for two and a half years, i continue to marvel at the extraordinarily high build quality. friends including another builder (who didn't want the job because he didn't think he could meet my ridiculously high standards) and his architectural photographer wife have told me that the place is unusually good. these guys are the most creative problem solvers i've ever encountered (and this is the third home I've rehab'd in 20 years). their in-house architect, miracle-working wood shop, and relationships with strong subcontractors all contributed to results that exceeded my very high expectations. and they worked for nearly a year – demolition through completion – in a 120 unit building without a service entrance, without making life miserable for my neighbors.”

“The crew was on time every morning and worked at least part of every day during the period. Length of day depended on what materials had been delivered, whether there was wet paint or spackling that had to be allowed to dry, etc. Our contract called for the work to be done in seven weeks and it was done in six. The final cost was very close to the original estimate and we were notified of any adjustments, plus or minus, when they occurred, so there were no surprises or sticker shock. For example, Steve suggested changing the original plan by moving the toilet to a better location, which would open the bathroom up much more and make it noticeably larger. It was a great idea, but there was a slight additional cost for plumbing and we were told this before the change was made and we approved it. By the same token, an original plan to build a new closet in the adjoining room was dropped and there was a corresponding reduction in the costs. Mickey made two or three visits to our house to scope out possible plans for the new bathroom long before work began. He also spent an entire day with us visiting the various shops that sold the materials we needed, including counter tops, tile, and plumbing fixtures. He also ordered cabinets and other materials to our specifications. The quality of the work was first rate and we are very happy with the new bathroom, closet and hallway. There were some minor fixes and touch ups that were needed in the days following completion of work, and someone was here promptly each day to complete them until we were satisfied. The crew deserves special praise for their excellent work, terrific attitude, professionalism and friendliness. If you are going to have people working in your house for six weeks, these are the kind of guys you want doing the work. We became friends with all of them and will have them back for more work this year. All in all, we could not be happier with Hassle Free Home Improvements and highly recommend the company.”
