“I hired Craig Thompson (CSS-Tile) to do the following in my kitchen: Remove and replace existing laminate countertops with granite. Remove and replace existing tile backsplash with new tile backsplash. Install new sink and faucet. Enlarge the bar area. All the work was completely done beyond my expectations. Craig is a master at installing tile. His attention to detail was wonderful. He helped me in the selection of the tile, granite, sink and faucet. He was on-site when the granite was installed and made sure everything was done correctly. He built out the bar area with undermount supports that makes the bar seem to float with no obtrusive corbels. This was something I was unaware could be done and I know took longer to install than traditional supports. I'm grateful that he came up with that option. The project was completed on time and I'm extememly happy with the results.”

“Sharon did a complete remodel on our Activity Center last year and we still get compliments almost daily. Any new resident who comes through our doors are completely impressed with the beauty of our center. Sharon is personable and so talented. She gave me choices which she recommended which allowed me to be a part of the design element. As we were on a strict budget, she even shopped resale shops for some of our furnishings and repurposed older furniture to make it look like new! Several people who have been to our center have hired her after seeing our building. We are located at 105 Cross Creek in Lakeway (8-5 M-f) if you want to check it out for yourself.”

“So pleased with these two and their crew! They're a pleasure to work with in the home! Joan and Michel assisted in our kitchen remodel. We had undesirable tile in place which needed careful demolition, as we had already re-faced our kitchen doors. Not only was the demo quick, seamless, and ultra-respectful, they installed floor and backsplash tile well ahead of the quoted schedule. Since we were so pleased with their effort there, we asked to add paint and electrical work to finish off the job. They made quick work of that, too, with just another day and a half! Joan and reVision was key in assisting us to find affordable and varied tile options to choose from. Their craftsmanship and results are exceedingly satisfying - quality and excellence all around. They are knowledgeable beyond what they were hired for here at my home, and I can't wait to work with them again for my future bathroom reVision! Hope to see these two back next year for round two. These have included rehabbing the master bath, re-insulating the attic, replacing A/C units, configuring outdoor drainage, and much more. In some cases the professionals used to perform duties were Tier 1 employees, and in others, outside contractors of their selection. We have had good results with Tier 1, with jobs generally being completed on time and within budget, with high quality workmanship and materials.”

“Great to work with! Q was willing to work with me on the sesign to come up with multiple solutions for my Master Closet space. Finished product looks fantastic and is very well made. That closet will probably outlast the rest of the house. Very happy with the completed result.”
