The quality of work performed and professionalism in the manner it was completed are above and beyond any previous experience I have had with contractors. Working with Abraham was a joy. He had great ideas for the rooms and also listened to what my ideas were. I am very pleased with the final product. All workers were courteous and my home was left spotless.”

“Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.”

“We wanted to redecorate our living room, going from mainly traditional furnishings to a more contemporary look. Renata had great, creative ideas and was able to totally change the look of the room within our budget. She was extremely easy to work with, providing professional guidance toward our goal, being very accessible, generous with her time and she made the process fun. I would highly recommend this firm and will use them again in the future.”

“I had the extreme pleasure of working with Loyal Construction and Services for 2 major projects. Expectations were laid out up front and the crew consistently over-delivered! Truly amazing experience. Across 2 homes, all projects were completed in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and detail. The absolute best combination across all team members. Honesty is key and every step of the way, the team with Loyal explained everything and were open to all my questions throughout the process. I never felt I was being pressured to make one decision over another. The options were given to me in detail allowing our family to make the best decision for the house, with guidance on what was feasible. There are numerous horror stories out there, but but working with Loyal Construction and Services would fit best into the genre Rom-Com! We laughed together along the way and then fell in love with the high quality work when it was completed. Truly amazing every step of the way. I am looking forward to another project…and there is only one team I’m calling, and that’s Loyal Construction and Services.”

“Becky Sue designed a dream kitchen that functions beautifully! She was professional & respectfully listened to our wants & desires & more than delivered. She has great attention to detail with all aspects including appliance dimensions, placement & appearance. For example, we wanted a warming drawer & thought we wanted it underneath the oven as so many have. She recommended that we have it next to the cooktop for convenience & my husband, the cook, absolutely agrees that it is much more convenient here. She provided so many recommendations that enhanced the function of the cabinetry & saving of steps. And best of all on time & on budget! More than exceeded our expectations!”

“Limitless Renovations is an absolutely top notch company to work with. I had a complete bathroom renovation done and the entire job was completely stress free for me from start to finish. Everything was done timely and right on schedule;starting with Tonya who was my initial contact. She contacted me within a short time period after submitting request for a quote the same day. She was a great help in picking colors and tile design. Ryan and Jason did the tear down and built the new shower, all the tile work and other miscellaneous things. Their work was beautiful. They kept everything neat and clean. They were on time everyday. The painter did a beautiful job on the painting. Lance is wonderful at his job in managing the project. He has been immediately responsive to any question or concern I have had during this process. I never expected a project like this to go this smoothly. They have my highest recommendation!”

“From the estimate to job completion every aspect of my master bathroom remodel was performed professionally, in a timely manner, and with excellent craftsmanship. Wisny Charles is a talented young man who pays attention to detail!! Other "wow" experience of the job was his preparation and daily cleaning on the job. Very reasonably priced also, much less than "big name companies ". Give this company a chance, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!”
