“I must say the service from Phil and his team was excellent. We had quotes from Wickes and Howdens which were roughly 20% more expensive than MLS. I was a little dubious at first about going with an independent kitchen supplier but after reading various reviews and meeting Phil and the owner Mike at the showroom all those worries were put to bed. We opted for the white gloss door with the integrated handle without any pelmets with an Island sink and taps. We needed an internal wall moving to open up the utility room. This is where Richard the builder/fitter comes in who came to survey the job along with Phil who were both very informative as to what needed to be done and the timescales associated with the building/installation works. I was then given a delivery and installation date and the kitchen and appliances were delivered on time. Richard and Mick arrived the next day to remove the wall and install the appropriate steel RSJ, and reboard the ceiling ready for the new spotlights. The next day began with Rob the electrician attending to put first fix electrics in followed by the installation of the kitchen units. We did have a problem as two doors were damaged but a quick call by Richard to base and replacements arrived the next day. The units were all installed after day 3 and someone from the granite company attended to template our kitchen. I was told it would take 7 days for the granite to be turned around but the granite was actually installed 4 days after the survey. Richard and Mick returned a couple of days later to finish our lovely kitchen. Richard even demonstrated how to use the lovely Neff coffee machine. I will be recommending MLS to family and friends.
