“Hired JD and his company to extend our deck, reinforce as needed and to install a glass panel in the middle of the deck railing to add some pop and allow a view of our pond. JD and his crew did an amazing job - they evaluated and reinforced the structure supporting deck (correcting many mistakes by the original builder); extended/rebuilt the deck itself (I know it is small but ALL the nails lines up straight); installed the deck rail and installed the reinforced, tempured glass section. They also stained the deck. They showed up on time every day on time, worked a full day, kept the work site clean and tidy - they also listened to my concerns about a nearby tree and wisteria - they took great care to keep both unharmed by the reconstruction. They offered many different options so I could get the featues I wanted - I think their prices were on target. I would hire them again in a heart beat.”

“Brian's crew is top notch. Love my remodeled master bath room! They suggested using stacked stone around the fireplace and a barn door, where there had been no privacy in the bath previously. This absolutely makes the master bedroom/bath an oasis! They were very attentive to my suggestions and choices. They are extremely neat and I didn't even know they had been in the house at the end of the day, they cleaned up very thoroughly at the end of each day.”

“The staff at Kircher Design and Build have completed 3 projects for us in the past 10 years -- kitchen and two bathrooms. We couldn't have been happier with all 3 projects -- particularly the work completed by Jim Macpherson. Jim is a true professional -- as is every member of the Kircher organization. We had very professional assistance in picking out beautiful tiles, counters, colors -- everything to make these 3 rooms wonderful. We will always call on Kircher for any project in the future. “Legacy Builders Group completed a 5 month project for us with scope of work including a three level build out with new kitchen, mudroom, great room, laundry, master suite and patios. Our project was on time with a very high level of quality and service. The Legacy staff was dedicated, timely and respectful. All projects have bumps along the way and Legacy handle everything in a manner consistent with their high level of professionalism. “Loved having these guys’ help on my project. They installed LVP on my staircase (despite not recommending it), and did a wonderful job. It’s been a year since it was completed, and the stairs are still looking great. They did have to do one fix a few days after the initial installation, but they came out and did it with no questions asked. They also installed all my baseboards for me, and they look did a great job with that as well. Highly recommend!”

“We had an extensive remodel of the former living room, family room and dining room, creating a fabulous great room and dining room. Neal's team headed by Frank Kuhlmeier and Paul Wittrock made the project flow seamlessly with a great outcome. Workmanship and quality is evident throughout. The vendors and subcontractors were equally top-notch. The completion punch list was nearly non-existent, due to the amount of detail paid during the actual construction. It was a joy to work with the Neal's team and I look forward to the next project.”

“This was a complete up-scale bath remodel with added closets in both the Master Bath and Master Bedroom. We worked primarily with the business owner, Richard White, the designer Cindy White, and project manager Dave Trykoski. This was an excellent experience with this team that took us from design through completion of the project. These people are extremely professional and competent. I have already signed a contract for a second project in my home and will continue to use Centerville Building and Design in the future. Our remodel is beautiful, and in the end everything and more than we originally envisioned. I attribute all this to this company because at the outset of the project I had little idea with what could be done, only that what we had was outdated and not fully functional. Now it is, and it is really, really nice adding a lot of value to our home, but we do not plan going anywhere. This was for us.”
