“I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

“I thougth My Home was fantastic in every way. It totally exceeded my expectations. They called me back immedately if I had any concerns. “Have known Kuche+Cucina for well over 10 years. Amir Ilin, owner, is a consumate professional. His kitchens have won numerous awards and have been showcased on television as well. “We hired Picasso to execute a complicated architectural design. The space was a former Con Edison substation in SoHo NYC, which was to be converted into a Lola Supper Club and Performance space. Picasso show to be very resourceful in reacquiring materials at reasonable costs. The company made timely progress reports, any deviations from the schedule or architectural design was brought to our attention with proposed resolutions. Picasso worked well with LUFT Architects who were responsible for the design. Finally, Picasso came in .75% above budget, which we consider excellent performance, considering the scope and number of unknowns factors of the project. Sincerely Thomas Patrick-Odeen. “Skydell Contracting did an amazing job. Although this was a Master Bath renovation, the project could be viewed as new construction. What a fabulous project this bathroom came to be. The project managers and the staff at Skydell were always professional. When issues did arise, the owner Richard Skydell was immediately there to ascertain the problem and was quick to offer options. We had some of our own ideas that were always welcomed. We would certainly recommend these folks who can handle everything for your home. The bathroom involved total demolition of the existing bath, new insulation and walls. New plumbing, water closet, installation of carrera stone work, electrical and all woodwork. We are very happy with the outcome.”
