“Herr Baumann listened carefully to my special wishes and requirements before sitting down to create his own design, ignoring the 3 other plans I had with me from other designers. He chose to remain impartial and uninfluenced until he was finished. Only then did he look at the other plans. The other designers always wanted to see what their colleagues had proposed before putting together similar plans lacking any individuality. Herr Baumann also took particular care to match the wood from our existing table with elements in the new kitchen. Everything was done on time and the actual cost was the same as his estimate. After seeing my kitchen four of my friends have subsequently had him do their kitchens.”
