“For the longest time my husband & I were looking for the right company that would remodel our outdated 20 year old house. We found that company & they are great! We went with Royal Remodeling & Design who have a showroom in downtown Sarasota! The whole crew was super! Always on time, started at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday until project was done. Clean, polite and very professional! It was a big job! Complete bathroom remodel with frameless glass doors, shaker cabinets & Cambria quarts. New porcelain tile wood planks, new baseboards & complete repaint. After the remodel, our home now looks modern & beautiful! We are really happy. Thank you Royal Remodeling & Design for the fantastic job, you really deserved the “word of mouth”!”

“This family owned remodeling company is very high quality. We have used them for multiple projects. They give accurate bids and work well with change orders. One of our jobs was a property that we were not on site everyday. They were the only company I would trust alone on a job site. All in-house skilled tradespersons. “Andrew Doscher has extensive knowledge and experience about getting a remodel done. He worked with me on the design for my bathroom and made excellent suggestions. His work and the work of his subs (Plumber Dave Robbin, electrician Creative Electric (Joe), and Charter Oak Flooring (Bobby Zurell), Oasis Glass was top notch. The bathroom was gutted completely on one side - ceramic floor up, large tub out, shower out, a wall cut down and moved, new subfloor installed so that there was not shower lip, dry walling, taping and finishing, new shower pan and drain, new tub, new tile floor, new tiled shower, tile surround for tub and surround for existing sink vanity, new lighting, plumbing moved, new automatic fan, new shower doors. It was a very large project and required precise coordination. the result is beautiful and very functional - everything I wanted.”

“Jon is the best contractor we have ever worked with; at this point I almost never get additional opinions. His crew is always on time, professional and does an outstanding job. Jon makes sure to communicate frequently, never starts a job while working on too many other jobs at the same time-which keeps him laser focused on your project. He typically keeps you on budget, and if a price comes in too high he will have you look at alternative companies. The times I go over his allowance is my own doing, picking more expensive tile, appliances, etc. Jon started out remodeling our kitchen 14 years ago, and has since updated two bathrooms, installed beautiful mahogany and lead glass front doors, installed 4 sets of doubled pained doors on the patio, completely remodeled our prize winning master bath, and just now finished painting the outside of our home! As I said before, we completely trust Jon and highly recommend Greaves construction.”

Previous estimates from contractor's we received did not match the price nor the quality of material that you have given to us. Our years in dealing with contractor's have always left us feeling the job wasn't done right or when completed it didn't look the way we intended it to. We cannot say that about the both of you. You have restored our confidence in hiring a contractor. We've never met a team that works well together as the both of you do. You are both personable, talented and create designs that you make extremely affordable. We can say with all sincerity that the transformation you made to our kitchen condo was unbelievable. We are so glad that we picked you to help design and complete our kitchen. We took before and after pictures, then sent them in emails to our friends. We'd like to share just a few comments with you: "Oh the pictures are beautiful! Gorgeous!!!! Awesome!!!!! Did you notice the handles on the cabinets match the handle on the microwave?"
