“Jo Meacham, of Urban Kitchens, through two seperate remodel projects has transformed my home. The first project was a Kitchen, Den, Bath, and Laundry room makeover where every surface was changed...floors, walls, ceiling...new appliances, new fixtures etc. The second project was a master bedroom and bath remodel. Again...every surface was changed. I coulndt be happier with the results. Jo listened to our desires and delivered on designs that exceeded what we could have thought of on our own.”

“My wife and I hired Heritage Renovations based on recommendations from our neighbors and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. They renovated our master bathroom, entryway, kitchen, dining room, and living area. The bathroom remodel included converting a shower to a storage area, converting the tub area to a large walk-in shower, building and installing a new double vanity with extra storage, new mirrors, new lighting, beautiful paint, a new floor, and other accessories. The kitchen remodel included all new cabinets, a pantry, an island with power, new floor, new lighting, under cabinet lighting, granite counter top, cabinet and drawer pulls, etc. The entryway, living room, and dining room were updated to match the contemporary style of the kitchen with paint, flooring, lighting, and window treatments. We were very happy with their ability to listen to what we wanted, design the renovated rooms, and then produce beautiful and quality results. The work crews were very courteous and clean.”

“We just completed our kitchen remodel, and the outcome is absolutely stunning! Melissa was amazing to work with! She is a creative and talented designer. We gutted a kitchen in an older home, and she was able to incorporate all of our requirements into a difficult space. I love the layout! She thought through every detail. The result is a functional kitchen that is a joy to cook and bake in. She managed to incorporate island seating into this challenging space; it is now our favorite place to gather. The quality of the cabinets is top-notch. She has great taste and style. Our kitchen is a functional work of art. She helped us pick out appliances, countertops, drawer pulls, light fixtures and so much more. She coordinated ordering everything. She was very organized. She came to our home often to assure everything was going according to plan. I couldn’t be happier. I love the look, quality, and functionality of our new kitchen. It is the heart of our home. “Originally when I first signed on with the contractor, I thought I would have been working with one of the owners on the company from start to finish. The original design layout, cost structure and process was between one of the owners and I. A few weeks into the project, they had hired Amanda and essentially put her in charge of implementing the renovation in more of a project management role. In this capacity, I was very fortunate to have Amanda as the project manager/relations manager on my renovation. I was very satisfied overall with how attentive she was on the project. She was quick to respond to all of my questions, which to me contributed to my overall satisfaction. For a role which required really good organization skills and attention to daily processes, she was great. She was also a very personable, good person to talk to over the phone. Very easy to reach and quick to respond at all times. In my case where this was my first renovation project, she was good to the point where I would sign on with the same contractor and have her be on the project. I do believe Amanda would be a very good hire for for any company.”

“Installer removed three vanity top with sinks and replaced them with new tops with sinks. He was very professional, showed up on time and kep the work area clean and cleaned up the area when he was done. This installer has had a lot of experience installing Onyx products. The vanity tops had a back spalsh and two side pieces and after they were installed you couldn't tell they were separate pieces. The installer was very pleasant to work with.”
