Susan was great to work with on our difficult tiny kitchen and stepped in to help out when things went awry for us along the way. She had some great ideas but also listened well to the client. We'd highly recommend her.

Susan worked with us to design a kitchen and laundry extension and renovation which we did in conjunction with a landscaping project. We've had time to settle into the new kitchen and are so happy with the results. Susan has managed to incorporate all the things on our 'wish list' and create a beautiful and very practical result. The kitchen layout works exactly as we had hoped it would and we wouldn't change anything! She provided honest and helpful advice, and managed to break down a very daunting process into smaller more manageable decisions. My kitchen renovation was a challenge, the existing kitchen was small, had woefully inadequate storage and no useable bench space. I now have the kitchen I’ve always dreamed of, not only is it beautiful, but it is extremely functional with fantastic storage and extensive stunning bench tops. Susan had to be clever in her design concept, to accommodate my wish list, and have an excellent knowledge of storage solutions. As Susan has worked as a designer and project manager for many years, she has valuable contacts, and works with a team of skilled tradies, to achieve the best result possible.

I have worked with Susan at Templer Interiors on several projects and I can highly recommend her. I worked with her when we completely remodeled two bathrooms and on smaller projects such as buying custom lounge furniture and selecting new lighting and window blinds for most of the house. On the bathroom remodels, Susan listened to us, then created meticulous plans for the subcontractors to follow and liaised with the tradespeople to make sure everything came out just as we wanted. She thought of every little detail. Susan is very knowledgeable about design, trends and the products that are available here and overseas. I asked Susan for some concept ideas for what was to be a bathroom renovation. Knowing we only wanted a larger walk-in shower turned into a Bathroom , toilet laundry. Thank goodness Susan had experience with tiling,colors and cabinetry. It is beautiful and much better than we could visualize.We miss seeing her now we have the project complete.

My husband and I are normally 'DIY' type people, but due to a fire that required an unexpected whole house remodel, we got the opportunity to put Susan's design expertise to good use. I don't know what we would have done without her! Susan designed a new kitchen for us which I absolutely love. She is very well versed in the essentials of a functional kitchen with a good flow for cooking and entertaining. I trusted Susan to draw on her experiences and her own kitchen layout to come up with a design that worked for our house and was within our budget. The end product is marvelous, with features such as 2 islands. custom built cabinetry with Hafele inserts, display shelves and many other unique features that suit our style and the way we live. In addition to the kitchen, Susan also designed our two bathrooms. She helped me find some beautiful tiles, helped line up tradies for the installation and also provide general oversight that the job was being done properly. As this was a whole house remodel, Susan has also assisted me with paint colors and furnishings throughout the house. One of the many things that I really love about working with Susan is that I can provide a general idea on what I have in mind, and she will provide me great options to chose from. It was invaluable to have assistance with the leg work for this project.

I've used Templer Interiors (Susan) many times for design consultations and shopping trips. Susan is professional, proficient, quick in communication and has a great/creative eye. She has helped me tremendously by asking the right questions, showing me different options, and helping to secure below (way below) retail prices. Would continuously use!

My husband and I had recently moved into a new house knowing the kitchen and bathroom needed a complete overhaul. Having never done anything of this scale, Susan helped guide us through the process and keep our expectations (and budget) in check. She took me shopping and educated me on the various materials, products and appliances. Susan was happy to be as involved or hands-off as we needed. With a relatively tight time frame, she used her experience and strengths to coordinate an excellent team of tradesmen and keep the project under control. It's an absolute joy now to cook and entertain, and we walk into our fabulous new kitchen and bathroom with a big smile everyday!

I am a fellow interior designer and architectural photographer and had the pleasure of photographing Susan's own residence, a 60's house in Meadowbank. Susan look me through the house and in each room explained what she had done to transform it from a basic 60's house to a home with that definite 'wow' factor. From built in shelving units that act as a screen and place for sculpture, a stunning modern kitchen with bar fridge and custom made mosiac splashback, through to the spacious and beautiful tile design of the master ensuite, along with many other features her house was amazing. From what I have seen I would highly recommend her design skills and flair and she is lovely to deal with :-)

Susan helped me pick out many different types of materials for my kitchen remodel and most importantly, 'held' my hand and gave me confidence when builders and installers encountered problems that I found confusing and overwhelming. Susan also encouraged me to add some personal ideas where I was unsure of the mix and it's turned out beautifully! (My project cost is the total cost of the entire new kitchen.)

While I would like to think I rank high amongst the 'do it yourself'ers in the world, I have found Susan's knowledge, skill and approach invaluable. The thing about Susan is she will give you as little or as much help as you ask for. She tells you what she likes, based on her experience, and she listens to what her clients like. She proposes options and she knows where to find the quality and price that suits her client. Susan takes personal pride in her work and she treats each project like it is the most important project she has, no matter what the size. She helped keep my apartment makeover moving along, even when I was travelling overseas. She knew when to make decisions on her own, and when to contact me for confirmation. Susan is a true professional.
