I contacted Lloyd, told him our requirements and he put me in touch with a local sole trader. Within a few days, plans were drawn up, a kitchen was chosen and we were on our way! We now have a beautiful kitchen, fitted to the highest of standards and the quality far surpasses the high street ones. “I used the Fulham branch of John Lewis of Hungerford to design, supply and fit a new kitchen in summer 2016 and was very happy with the experience. I already had a fairiy clear idea of the overall design I wanted but my project manager Rebecca was very helpful and patient in making recommendations and finalising details, changing the plans numerous times until I was completely happy. Her communication was excellent throughout, both by phone and email. The kitchen was delivered on time and the fitting was carried out quickly and professionally, with just a handful of minor snags which were resolved quickly and without quibble. The quality of the kitchen is very good - it feels solid and looks expensive - and the price compared well with other mid-range companies I looked at. I saved money by buying my worktop and appliances elsewhere - JLH were happy for me to do that and there was no "hard sell".
