“We used Live Oak Manors for a complete overhaul of our back yard landscaping and hardscaping, including the installation of synthetic turf. The project was completed in December 2017 and we are extremely happy with the end result. What was once a muddy, sad excuse for a sloping back yard which only the dog set foot in is now a beautifully terraced level green backyard with clean landscaping that the whole family is enjoying. We worked directly with Garon Thelen, owner of Live Oak Manors, and found him and his entire team to be very professional. They provided us with a detailed estimate which aligned perfectly with the final cost of the project, with the exception of a few change orders which we requested. In addition to the backyard hardscaping and landscaping, we also used Live Oak Manors for the installation of an irrigation system in the front of the house which they were able to install in one day and are currently working with them to install exterior lighting. The whole project was done quickly, very professionally and on budget - which is why we continue to use Live Oak Manors.”

“We admired Elements' work/photos on Houzz and they're local, so we called him to revamp our 1990s landscaping and plan a courtyard space in our suburban ATL backyard. From the get go, Doug and his team were gems to work with. He's a grad of the esteemed UGA Landscape Architecture school, and we knew that was a real plus. Additionally, he had worked with the highly regarded architect who designed our suburban home before founding Elements with his partner. He might work with millionaires every day, but he gave us (NOT in that category) every similar consideration from our first meeting. He drew a plan for our entire property, which is highly visible in a west Cobb neighborhood. His focus was on the classic landscape design that we knew would match our architecture. He planned a courtyard/patio with spa water feature that's recently completed, and his teams were incredibly accomodating and considerate of working just feet away from our living spaces inside. He was on time and here to supervise, communicating with us very well and walking us through an expensive project. Doug was also flexible and understanding of our budget considerations.
